Welcoming high-quality cocktail bar with excellent food. Everything we had was amazing and nothing was over-priced. The little Brazillian cheese bread ball apps were the biggest hits, although the Continental drink with red wine meringue was a real runner up. Bravo to Millie, home runs all around.

This is a really sweet spot to meet and have drinks. There is an extensive list of craft cocktails, and a very friendly and knowledgeable crew.

Super nice staff, cool ambiance and decor. Drinks were super cool and unique but were definitely on the pricier side.

Great cocktail bar with unique and specially crafted drinks. The main bartender is so passionate about the drinks and wants to ensure you enjoy what you order. He did a great job recommending different options with great price points. Reservations would be recommended but we were able to walk in.

Enjoyed a fabulous Champagne tea with a girlfriend yesterday. We arrived very early, but we were warmly greeted and offered a table, as well as popcorn and water while they prepared for us. The employees are so warm and friendly, and we felt very welcome and relaxed. Really enjoyed the champagne, the sandwiches, and the petit fours. All around a very special treat!

We didn't eat. It's super small but there were a few cute tables we got to sit at. The best parts were the shotskies and the leg lamp shots.

Drinks were the highlight which is nice because that's what they do. Service and vibes were weird - music was fine to start but sometime midway through our reservation, they began blasting tunes to the point that you had to yell to have a conversation. I'm not at the club. I want to give the server a break since it's damn near the holidays and I know from experience people lose their last brain cells, but I think they simply did not want to be there. Didn't even greet us when they took our initial order, when I asked about availability of a certain bite of food (since I saw zero people with food) they said ‘well yeah we have that or it wouldn't be on the menu.' I want to like this spot so badly but the culture that's been curated feels like it belongs in Seattle.

We hosted our company holiday party at Room for Milly and it was a hit! For a company our size (35 - 50 with guests) it was the perfect size to spread out and mingle, and still feel inclusive of everyone. The food was great and the cocktails were incredible. We appreciate how festive the space was for the holidays. Additionally, the bartenders and staff were so kind, making everyone feel welcome and helping us decide our plans next after our party ended (perk of having a venue in a walkable district of Denver). We will definitely be adding Room for Milly to our short list of favorite venues!

I’ve been in the service industry for 15 years. Over the past five or so years, I’ve noticed a ton of ego and elitist attitude coming from many bartenders I meet nowadays. Many are throwing together ingredients that do not mesh well and calling it a “craft cocktail” then giving a judgemental vibe when I don’t necessarily enjoy the cocktail. It has made me hesitant to go to craft cocktail bars recently, especially in Denver.

There was NONE of that here at Room for Milly. Savana and Ethan are both very professional, welcoming, and educated on their craft. The one ingredient on their cocktail menu that stuck out the most to me was “apple molasses”. I scratched my head wondering what it would taste like. Ethan has spent many years in Vermont and explained the process, he then let me try a small sample of a drink that contained it. It was super savory! Like a warm apple pie. Savana walked me through the entire cocktail menu to help ensure that I would enjoy what I ordered. She is super chill and makes you feel at home. She recommended that I pair the Bison and Waygu meatballs with my old fashioned and my goodness….

I would highly recommend Room for Milly for a date night, or for a drink after a long day. You can trust they’ll treat you with care and make sure your drink warms you up inside and out. I will definitely return to see Ethan and Savana

Room for Milly was absolutely fantastic for our end-of-year holiday party. From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive and wonderful to work with, which made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free.

The food and drinks were excellent—our guests were raving about them all night. What truly stood out was how seamlessly the team handled everything. They completely took the work off my plate and managed the event on their own, which was such a relief and made the experience even more enjoyable.

A special shout-out to Kyle, our lead bartender, who was amazing and kept the drinks flowing effortlessly, as well as made us a signature cocktail! and to Fiona, who I worked with over email to organize the event—she was helpful, responsive, and a pleasure to coordinate with.

I couldn’t recommend Room for Milly more highly and would absolutely work with them again for future events.

We were attracted to Room for Milly because of the interior design and intimate atmosphere, combined with a unique cocktail menu. Wow, were we impressed! The service was personal and excellent, and the cocktails were even tastier than expected. We enjoyed the small bites (Tidbit Trio, Bottomless Popcorn, and artisnal cheese). One of our party had the "Nola Sazerac" and I tried the "Old Folly" – both of which were excellent. since two of us a Rye fans, for our second round we had the mixologists "invent" a Rye-based cocktail that was out of this world tasty and complex. This is absolutely a favorite and we're looking forward to our next visit. Hip younger crowd mixed with a few Boomers like us, and we all fit-in just fine.
