Very good service and food. It's going to cost a bit, it's at DIA, but one of few places with decent value. Don't pay $16 for a deli case Turkey sandwich when you can eat here.

Had a lay over here and tried the country fried tofu bowl and it did not disappoint. I will definitely be back to get it again when I have another stop in Denver. Highly recommend! Updated from previous review on 2026-02-12

Eating gluten free in airports is usually stressful, but Root Down at Denver Airport completely changed that for me. As someone with celiac disease, finding safe, good food while traveling is rare, and walking into Root Down honestly felt like I had died and gone to heaven.
