I used to be a diehard Rosenberg’s supporter but this last experience has soured that. Prices keep going up and quality going down. $18/6 sufganiyot would be reasonable… maybe it they were large and high quality. These were almost comically small and the dough to jelly ratio was embarrassing. They didn’t taste fresh either.
It’s a shame because the place that used to be in this location made killer donuts, the best I’ve ever had. Josh had the opportunity to continue that legacy but fell way way short.

Best tuna salad ever!
I grew up in NY. The bagels rival the best NY has to offer.
Corned beef sandwich.
Not N. Y. Tough meat.
Mustard in plastic bag.

Amazing take-out only retail shop. No prepared foods (bagel sandwiches), but a plentiful variety of bagels, breads, spreads, and smoked salmons. Their marble rye is superb, as were tge everything bagels. Will stop back again.

First time at this location. Had just walked in. Two other women behind me.Looking at menu , tall man wearing beanie hat says who's next. The 3 of us responding we weren't ready yet ..he responds with "well someone needs to order something". We were clearly not yet in line and still deciding on what we wanted. He was rude through every transaction and impatient for not having many people in the door. Now we know this location only does bagels and smear.. if you would like other breakfast items and less attitude to order then visit the other locations....

These are the most authentic NY bagels in the Denver metro. Literally where else can you find egg everything bagels?! Their challah and other Jewish bakery items are also excellent. Don’t listen to the negative reviewers, this bagel shop is the absolute best we have around here!

I am going to have to agree with some of the other posts asking for bagel store back! I realize prices are dictated by the price they’re paying for ingredients BUT $3 for a single bagel is absurd. I love supporting local businesses and always go to them first. I went in for the last time on 1/1/23. The crew was not prepared and the customers were hearing that an order for 2 dozen bagels someone ordered was not ready, which they had preordered. Not great to hear this while everyone else was told they’d have to wait 30 minutes for flavors to be ready from the oven. The service there is usually great. The food is always great but now not everything was available. I get you might not have some of the breads, rolls, etc a certain day that’s fine. But if you’re selling bagels then have your flavors ready for any time you’re open. Make extra of your best sellers and for sure the everything style. And don’t charge $3 for a bagel it is offensive, especially when you can only choose from a few types a mostly told to wait for the rest to be baked. I told myself I’m not going back and that’s my plan.

A real taste of my childhood. Great Jewish deli with homemade bagels and other things we ate at home as children.

Bagel is ok and better than average in Denver but it just doesn’t understand the market. Unprepared on a Saturday to have individual plain cream cheese. They gave me two options, pay $7 for a bulk cream cheese container or drive up to the Stanley market location. This was after they were just chit chatting with the previous customer after they had paid. Line was growing and they didn’t care. Won’t be going back.

This is a boutique/gourmet bagel shop. There is nothing wrong with that. The issue is that for $3.00 per bagel, I'd expect it to be free of potassium bromate (synthetic dough conditioner) and artificial yellow food coloring (egg bagel). Called two other LOCAL bagel shops and neither used these ingredients. Both of these ingredients are just lazy and cheap ways to cut corners (non-toxic alternatives exist for commercial baking or use more egg yolks...).Please provide quality ingredients in your bagels or lower your prices.
