I've been a loyal customer of Rosenberg’s for the past 9 years, but unfortunately, my recent experiences have been incredibly disappointing.

On Sunday, I came in specifically looking for scallion cream cheese. When I asked about it, the man at the counter seemed unsure and unable to answer my questions—perhaps he was new. Then, a woman came from the back (Sarah) and, to my shock, and I quote said, “You’re asking a lot of questions!” I was honestly taken aback by the tone and comment.

She went on to say that you haven’t had your plain whipped cream cheese in months, which may be true, but I’ve always come in for the scallion spread and everything bagels. When I asked about my rewards and requested to enter my phone number through Toast, she acted like it was a major inconvenience and insisted that rewards can only be redeemed through the app. I’ve successfully redeemed them in-store the same way in the past, so this didn’t sit right with me.

I also remember when you used to offer 4 oz cream cheese containers before or during COVID, which you no longer do. While I understand that prices have gone up everywhere, $8 for cream cheese combined with poor service feels like a slap in the face.

Bagel prices have steadily increased over the years, and as someone from New York, I can tell you even the best bagel spots there don’t charge as much. You can get a dozen for $12–$15 in NYC. If Rosenberg’s continues down this path, raising prices while offering subpar service, it’s going to push loyal customers away.

It’s really disappointing to see how far things have declined.

The BEST egg bagels a former Long Island NY resident outside of New York. Ok so we went to the Kosher bakery vs deli, oops. Everything was amazing.

This location is their kosher only location meaning they do not have the same menu as the other rosenbergs I usually go to. I saw this location was 10 mins from me as opposed to 12 min from the one i should have went too. Now I’m 22 minutes away from the location that has what I want.

I grew up in Long Island and this is my favorite bagel store in Denver. That should say enough.

I used to be a diehard Rosenberg’s supporter but this last experience has soured that. Prices keep going up and quality going down. $18/6 sufganiyot would be reasonable… maybe it they were large and high quality. These were almost comically small and the dough to jelly ratio was embarrassing. They didn’t taste fresh either.

It’s a shame because the place that used to be in this location made killer donuts, the best I’ve ever had. Josh had the opportunity to continue that legacy but fell way way short.

Best tuna salad ever!
I grew up in NY. The bagels rival the best NY has to offer.

Amazing take-out only retail shop. No prepared foods (bagel sandwiches), but a plentiful variety of bagels, breads, spreads, and smoked salmons. Their marble rye is superb, as were tge everything bagels. Will stop back again.

First time at this location. Had just walked in. Two other women behind me.Looking at menu , tall man wearing beanie hat says who's next. The 3 of us responding we weren't ready yet ..he responds with "well someone needs to order something". We were clearly not yet in line and still deciding on what we wanted. He was rude through every transaction and impatient for not having many people in the door. Now we know this location only does bagels and smear.. if you would like other breakfast items and less attitude to order then visit the other locations....
