Having been a frequent visitor in the past, I recently chose to dine here with a dear friend. Regrettably, the meal did not meet expectations; the fries, for instance, were cooked before the hamburger and consequently, lukewarm. While I was offered the option of having them reheated or replaced, I politely declined. Furthermore, the hamburger was not prepared to the standard I had anticipated, and I believe there is room for improvement. This establishment once held a reputation for excellence, which I greatly appreciated, but it appears that its quality has diminished somewhat. I would suggest timing the cooking of the fries to ensure they are served hot. Additionally, as a cook, I would carefully listen to or read the order, as I am certain the waitress accurately wrote the ticket. This way, I can avoid adding ingredients that were not requested.

Service was slow and food was awful. Waited 30 min for a plain burger that was so overdone it was inedible and came with a side of stone cold mashed potatoes. Salad bar was decent. Waitress did get the burger taken off the bill, but the manager didn't even bother to check in. Even after the comp, the bill still came to over $30. That's not worth it for a salad and a glass of wine!

Considering that they were slammed and short staffed, the service was great, slightly slower than expected but still very good and sweet, the food was amazing, and the experience was over all enjoyable!

My husband and I came here and were very disappointed with the service. It took a while for the waitress to acknowledge us. It took a while to get silverware for our salad. My order was incorrect missing my shrimp. She then brings it 10 minutes later. and it tasted bland. Then I found out my steak was done as I requested well done. The waitress hardly acknowledged us and referred to us as “yeah I got you” and so forth. I asked for my sauce and had to wait on this as the waitress continued to forget what we requested. My husband’s pork chop was salted and not prepared well. I guess if you look a certain way, you get treated better. Buyer beware.
Auita is the best. It has been a long time that I have ran in to someone like her. She's nice, gos out of her way to get you what you need. I'm from Michigan and she's the one that makes me and my friend come back. We travel a lot so we kinda know how people actually care for other people and auita is the one that cares. Thank you auita. See you soon again.
