Placed an online order and the employee with the pink hair working had no urgency at all, taking such a long time to make a bowl that shouldn't take that long (as a former employee). I was given barely any granola and the jelly was liquidy, bitter, and curdling. The banana rush bites also tasted like they had gone bad and had a funky taste. For how much I spent, I was disappointed by the service.

11/17/25 visited the store for the first time and I was very disappointed with the customer service and food. Ordered a bowl with strawberries, blueberries and coconut and spirulina. I received a water down bowl that looked like dirty water not blue at all like the advertisement on the restaurant. NO strawberries, when I had asked the girl working there if she could remake it or add toppings to which she said no. Not accommodating whatsoever and rude. Left the bowl there and asked for a refund, she said she couldn't do it because her manger Izzy was not there and gave me her supposedly manager number. I have called several times with no answer back. Dont waste your time and money here !

What can i say. You go in, the person behind the counter is very nice and whips up a delicious bowl or smoothie, you get on with your day. Perfect for on the go. Not really a coffee house atmosphere so you won’t be setting up meetings here.

Tried to order online and submitted the order at 6:20pm only for it to be immediately canceled by the restaurant. I noticed this seems to be a trend based off the reviews for this place, and as someone that works in the food industry this is highly unprofessional. If you're not going to serve certain foods after a certain time, turn off doordash & close your doors. You shouldn't be performing closing tasks before the closing hours stated anyways. As someone that is a frequent closer, you put your food items away after doors are shut not during service hours. Only acceptable reason to turn down business should be due to emergencies, lack of staff, or if there is lack of prep of an item and you've run out. Simple as that. A shame too, considering I enjoy Rush Bowls.

Recently moving to Colorado I found this place online and was excited to try… online it says they close @ 7 and I got there around 6:20 to get a bowl to go! I walk in and the lady said “we’re only serving smoothies” I asked why and she said “because I already put the toppings up and I’m not gonna take them out again” obviously I came to try the Acai bowls and not the smoothies… so I’m very dissatisfied with this specific locations service…
Very inconsistent. My $17 smoothie tasted like ice and water the second time here. Aren’t there standard operating procedures followed here? Terrible
