$150 tomahawk steak was way undercooked. Manager came out, said nothing was wrong then seared it so it was still undercooked but now burnt. We won’t be going to Ruth’s Chris anymore. It was almost comical. We finished our sides and got out of there. Disappointed… I used to like this chain.

Spent Christmas Eve at Ruth’s Chris this year and couldn’t be happier with both the service and food. Our server Mike was super friendly and gave us great recommendations on what to get. He made sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening and this has become one of our favorite spots. Ribeye, lobster tail, and chopped salad are all A+ every time! Thanks Mike!

On entering I had no idea about this place but wow what a meal we had. Everything from the appetizer to the desserts were fantastic. I will be returning very soon bc I wasn’t sure if I wanted steak or lamb chops so I got the Tbone but I have to try those lamb chops so I’ll be back 😜

I recently dined at Ruth’s Chris Steak House in downtown Denver with my husband, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Our server was attentive, accommodating, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the evening.
I’ve recently switched to ordering my steak medium rare but decided to try medium this time. While I enjoyed my steak, I realized I missed the medium-rare temperature. When the manager came over to check on us, I casually mentioned this—it was completely my own decision, and I emphasized I was happy with my meal. Despite that, the manager went above and beyond, offering to redo my steak. It was a kind gesture, though unnecessary, and I truly appreciated the effort to ensure our happiness.
At the end of the meal, our server informed us that the manager wanted to treat us to dessert as a gesture of goodwill. While we declined out of appreciation and a bit of guilt for mentioning my own preference, it was another sign of their outstanding customer service.
I’ve visited many steakhouses, but the experience here stands out. From the warm hospitality to the exceptional attention to detail, Ruth’s Chris in downtown Denver truly impressed me. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

This was the second year in a row that we've spent our Thanksgiving with Ruth Chris and based on our most recent experience we'll pretty much be doing the same thing EVERY YEAR!!! I first want to thank our server Mark L. who made this Thanksgiving a time we will never forget. Also have to shout out McKenna who popped up out of nowhere, haha, to pitch in and help out Mark. Before you know it we were having two excellent glasses of wine (Flowers Pinot I believe?) and just having a great conversation about what looked to be an unbelievably busy night. Last but definitely not least thank you to the wait staff that thanked us for our patience several times, were extremely courteous answering our never ending question, are we coming up soon for a table, and just always smiling and having a great attitude in what looked like a mad house! Oh, and I can't forget the manager that checked on us to see how our night was going and if we needed anything, sorry I didn't get your name but I saw you hustling to the door at the end of the night to hold the door open for us and thank us for coming and let me just say we really appreciate the kindness and service! Now I'll just echo some of what others have been saying and that is this place was BUSY, like people everywhere busy! However there was never a moment that I saw any of the Ruth Chris staff look overwhelmed, stressed out, get an attitude or even not crack a smile. I mean the staff was literally trying to do everything they could to make sure customers were being assisted and their questions were answered even when more than a few people were upset by the wait. The front wait staff and servers never once chose to not be courteous, understanding, patient and pleasant! Yes our wait was long and we considered leaving for a moment not because the place was extremely busy, but because we had such a great experience last year we just felt others should have the chance to have the same. I'm so glad we stayed!
