Carissa was the most attentive server. She had a great knowledge of the menu, and offered great input on the food and cocktail selections. Lucas was super helpful, and great to talk to. (GoHawkeyes!) The staff at the host stand were so welcoming, and accommodating. The steak was perfect. I traveled here from Iowa. Only stumbled across this place because it was right in front of my hotel. I had the best experience. Service, food, atmosphere 10/10. Hoping to stop back in before I leave. As a former server/bartender of 15 years who now works as a nurse, it was such a pleasure to be taken care of by your staff.

I'm passing through Denver and I have been to this Ruth's Chris before and thought I reviewed it but apparently not. I was able to get immediate seating at the bar top which is what I prefer and got my drinks and food served pretty quickly. I had the chicken on this occasion because I was at a Ruth's. Chris in Boise, Idaho a few days ago and had steak so I decided to go for the chicken because I want a healthier option. I don't think there is a healthy option. The chicken was delicious but it looks like it comes covered with butter and lots of salt. I also have the cream spinach with just a root signature dish and pretty good. Along with the gambler's old fashioned, I also had a couple glasses of wine. I noticed in this Ruth's Chris that kids can sit in the bar area and others they cannot. This one is close to the Colorado convention center so it's a really good location downtown.

My buddy and I prefer dining at a window table in the bar area and have made that a tradition. That said and if you prefer a more elegant atmosphere, their dining room will suit your preference. Rather the formal dining room or the more casual bar area, each visit of ours has been exceptional.
From the moment we walked in, the staff makes us feel like VIPs. Carissa, who we typically request to serve us, goes above and beyond. She is attentive, knowledgeable of the menu, and her hospitality is so warm and welcoming. She greets us with a genuine smile and asks if our usual martini order is still our evening’s preference. As the meal progresses, she ensures that every aspect is perfect.
The steaks are cooked to perfection. The filet mignons are incredibly tender and perfectly seasoned. My buddy sometimes orders the ribeye steaks, which he savors. Every steak is sizzling when brought to the table. The salads are very generous in portions. I love their house or wedge salad with blue cheese dressing, but their Caesar salad is equally scrumptious. Their side dishes are great and plenty for two to share. I routinely order the classic cheesecake dessert. It’s served with a tart berry coulis sauce and fresh berries. Yummy-yum-yum!
If you're considering a pre-show dinner or just fine dining at an upscale steakhouse, I highly recommend Ruth’s Chris! The combination of exceptional service and outstanding steaks promises extraordinary dining. I highly recommend Ruth’s Chris!

Dined here with a few friends a couple weeks ago and it was a great experience. Initially, we had a slight hiccup with the steaks being waaaay overcooked (literally cooked solid through and extra chewy) but our wonderful server Shannon and the manager made sure to make things right. They brought out brand new steaks that were cooked perfectly and even comped our drinks/desserts. All the sides were delicious and we would happily come here again!
