I have to say very disappointed in your customer service! I had to rush in and get some things for my business before i opened maybe 20 people in the whole store. I got to the check out and was turned away due to it being senior hours. I apologized as i didn't realize the hours had changed. I was turned away i was not allowed to purchase the items i needed for my essential business. working 16 hours a day currently with the covid-19 with one other person 7 days a week to try and keep us afloat and i was turned away! Im sorry to say im happy you are doing this for seniors however there are plenty of us left trying to keep ourselves open in these tuff times! really disappointing that your staff are not better trained or more helpful during these ruff times. Thought we were all in this together. our maybe only the business making record profits are in this together well us small businesses fade away.
