San Antonio Fresh Mexican Bakery

I have been buying the bagels with cream filling with guava for more than 5 years and this year they did not put enough filling, this year they sold it for 72 dollars, so that it does not have filling in parts of the bagel, some parts it did not have, I admit that taste was good!

I return a cake that had mold at the bottom of the cake, the customer service by Carolina was terrible, I let her know the cake was in this condition and she was rude and giggling like mold isn't something serious. They argued that I had to bring the whole cake and should have check the bottom before eating it. Now I know it was a mistake buying from them in the first place. Don't waste your money here when there are other bakeries with fresh bread and cakes.Just a fact mold can be visible when food is 18-21 days, meaning the cake I bought wasn't fresh at all.

Do not buy here, return a cake that had mold, the person who served me (Carolina) was rude and laughed as if mold on the cake was a joke. I was told I had to check the bottom cake before eating it and return the whole cake. Now I understand that it was a mistake to buy there. Don't spend your money there and be served by rude people like Carolina. The mold is visible when the food is 18-21 days old since it was prepared, the cake I bought was not fresh and had been there for 4 weeks.

We looked at the bakery and we went in to see and bought bread, and when we tried the bread we liked it and now we only buy there, at the Aurora bakery, the bread stays fresh for a long time.

Terrible customer service on a Saturday morning there was a cashier who made a mistake in what I asked her to let her know and I still blame myself and this has happened to me twice now and with the same person some customer service classes They wouldn't like them!!

We are visiting Denver, Co. We were recommended to go to this bakery and what a surprise we were. Sweet bread and delicious white bread ? first time I've found white bread like the one from Mexico it reminded me of Juárez ♥️

I bought bread and it was very ugly, it doesn't taste good and it was very expensive. The cakes are sometimes good.

This bakery was amazing! They did an amazing job on a baby shower cake and cupcakes. Everyone was very nice. Definitely coming back. They also have the best French bread loafs.

the pan dulce is ok but there is definitely better out there, i don't shop here lately as they recently raised their prices to where i doesn't meet the quality of their products ??

Terrible customer service. Tried to order a cake over the phone, but they do not allow that. Ridiculous.
