Are the cookies still 3 for $3 bucks? when they raised the prices back in November it pushed us away...when it was 3 for a buck or 3 for 2 bucks we used to go several times a week!

First time in grabbed a bag of sugar cookies. As another comment stated, there were limited amounts of options and yes, only one staff (didn't seem to need more). The cookies tasted like baking soda. Over compensation for the battle against the altitude. I braved through one thinking maybe it was something about the batch but the second was the same. Took one bite threw the rest and the third away. At a dollar a cookie, the price is more for the space than for the quality.

Cookies are still good. But since the owner passed away leaving Her niece to run the place, getting ready for a side of attitude with your cookie. Refuses to make change, doesn’t actually start baking until they open, rarely has cookies done for lunch time, refuses to bag cookies because she ‘feels like doing that later’ when I asked for a specific cookie that was already cooled on the pan. Told me to ‘come back at 4’. It was 11:30am. Take your business elsewhere.

Yum!!! The cookies are always amazing and fresh and warm and gooey and delicious. You can't go wrong with any of them ... the chocolate chip, the space chip, the oatmeal raisin, the PB. Their GF options are also bomb. I finally tried a carrot cake cupcake too, and it was decadent and rich. Cash and honor system. Great little business - definitely go support them and get some cookies!!

I can't speak about the baked goods, I'm sure they'll delicious. But, I ordered a delivery to a business conference and had a terrible experience. I was told at 12:43 that the driver couldn't find the location. By 12:56 I was told that the driver had been looking for 20 minutes and I would have to pay an extra fee. I agreed to the fee, even though I hadn't previously been warned, and did everything in my power to help them. I called Santa Fe Bake Shop 3 times and they never picked up; I gave them a new contact number, I even called the place they were delivering to in order to help them find the location. When they finally called back here is what they said: "I have customers to deal with, you need to handle this." Um, hi, yes I am your paying customer! When finally they told me that cookies had been delivered to my contact, they had lied -- they had put the cookies on a random counter. The company refused to admit any fault and barely apologized. Like I said, I can't speak to the food itself. But, I would never use them again for delivery.

Have stopped by multiple times in the last couple months - and at different times of the day. They never have cookies (maybe one bag avail). The cookies are ok and though they have doubled in price, they are the only cookies around. Maybe a better cooking schedule is in otder?

The best little cookie shop that has probably ever existed. I was so overjoyed when it reopened and although the price has changed, I still feel like you get a lot of bang for your 2 bucks. This is a cash (and apparently Venmo) only establishment and honestly I love that they work on the honor system. It is really refreshing to have a small little business running on that model still in a rapidly changing Downtown Denver. If your problem with this place is that they don't take a card, you really need to check your privilege....
