the breakfast burritos are out of this world good - and a simple mild medium or hot will be all you need to start the day off right we use to leave the house early to pickup santiago's drive thru on the way to school and they have held the same high status for quality burritos to this day now a decade later - i will always love santiago's i truly would recommend it to anyone

These days having your order right is important It costed 45$ for our enchilada plate which comes w/ enchiladas only and comes with red chili sauce Nope not ours it was green and HOT so I called Its a 30 min drive was told by the new manager sorry don’t what to tell you bring it back and replace 😩by than who’s hungry so I thought a discount or some type of refund Nope! The A-hole was o well click.wth we eat out once a month because its so expensive so best believe I expect to get what I ordered oh and people make sure and get a receipt because they tend to tip them selfs at the Santiagos’s on S. Federal my word may not make a difference in their sales but think about it friends for the price from a few months ago best believe I want what I payed for. I know they wouldn’t like it if they were shorted them on the amount!Whats more frustrating is my kids and my food had to be thrown from being to hot to eat 😩BEWARE

Oh the food is absolute. Always on point, big portions, alot of options and the best part is you can choose how hot it comes (mild, medium or half N half) I love the burritos. But you can't go wrong with of course with a chile relleno.

Parking: Foods great the people are awesome but the location is a little small but hey then you know it's good Mexican food.

Bad drive through long wait

I have been a frequent customer of this location for a long time.
It used to be pretty inconvenient because they had very short hours.
But they have recently expanded their hours so that's an upgrade.

The building and location are very sad and the parking lot is super small and difficult to drive through.

The food is pretty standard Santiagos.

It does feel like the burritos have gotten smaller with higher prices the last few years.

The Indian taco is one of my favorite things to order.

Parking: Parking lot is just really small and difficult to turn in.

Today was a bad day going through drive thru, when ordering the man taking the order was not paying attention. I ordered 2 mild chille cheese fries, 1 Indian taco and 3 drinks. He repeated the order back to me twice. I drove up to window and then when I was handed my order just 2 containers where in the bag, when I had let him know that I was missing 1 chille cheese frie, he responded and said I only charged you for one. Well ok but I ordered 2 and he repeated the order back to me twice. I didn't even go back into drive thru again . We'll at home I open food containers and man it seemed as if maybe they counted the French fries , it was very little amount of fries. The Indian taco had no beans in it. I swear I will Avoid going to Santiago around 1 pm if he's working .

Santiagos Great food! B ut you all need a larger venue and easier access to get in and out.
