Thanks for totally screwing up our order. We ordered ahead of time because we were driving through. There were supposed to be 6 breakfast burritos with no meat and no cheese. Instead it was no egg and cheese. I don’t eat meat. We live 3 and a half hours away and we won’t be coming through there again. That was a waste of my money because I won’t eat it. I’d give you zero stars if it would let me.

all of there food and is delicious and the chilli is fantastic .But the one thing that I think is awfull is that they charge you $4.00 dollars per breakfast burrito if you dont get the one that is the meat of the day. I could handle a little upcharge but not more than the burrito I think that is just awful other than that its great.

My order was old fries and not even that much chili on my chili fries smh if I wasn't in a hurry I'd go back and get a refund but their food wasn't good

This is my go to place for Chili Cheese Fries and smothered burritos!! The green chili is a Colorado staple and a must try if you are in town! The team in Castle Rock is fantastic and I greatly appreciate y’all!!

One word excellent, well two words actually, deliciously fantastic! Went there for breakfast and had a wonderful experience. Breakfast burrito was top notch, will visit again.

I’ve been to many many Santiago’s and this is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. Rude staff- had to pull around and wait for the food. 20 minutes later I had to go inside to see what was going on.

Ive been going to Santiago's since a kid with my family .just tried this location today after moving to Denver .I am never coming to santiagos again .went up to the counter .register lady looks at me and Scoffs .points to someone else and she walks away ..
Then right after the same lady sat across from me purposely while I was waiting for my food.talk about weird atmosphere ....she was wearing black shirt with it tucked in and a black hat .red lipstick .I felt weird and uncomfortable the way she looked at me .the food tastes AWFUL .NO TASTE EVEN WHEN I OUT SALT.IT LOOKS LIKE PUKE .

every time I go into the one in Lafayette I have an issue today is no exception I order 2 bean and cheese burritos mild because I have a medical condition I cant do heat. I pay in cash and I tip. I waith while the cashier speakes to the assembly people I do not know what was said. I get my food I turn down the offer of cutlery and thank them. I got home with my food the chili leaks all over but it doesn't matter because its hot not mild again after I was specific not rude mind you just an old lady on oxygen ordering 2 bean burritos. Why can't I just get my order as asked ? I guess I can just spend my money elsewhere I can't imagine I am the only person that this happens to but it won't keep happening to me. good luck keeping customers if you don't value their wants

I couldn't tell you anything about the place except there were too many cars waiting in line blocking Federal traffic without license plates that prevented us from visiting.
