These are some of the nastiest burritos we’ve ever had even gave the other locations a chance. Ten toes down they stand on garbage food.🤮

No vegetarian (and no guarantee of no pork) breakfast burritos.

This is my go to for breakfast burritos. The fact is I can go to any Santiagos and grab one or thirty burritos, and be in and out in minutes. With the same taste and quality food. Gotta show some love for Santiagos.

My staple is a beef and bean deluxe, half and half with chicharones on top.....

We came to Denver for a concert and were looking for some Mexican food. We saw Santiago’s and it looked good so we went in. The food here was pretty good but the service made everything taste bad. We should have known when we waked in the door and the two girls behind the counter just chatted with each other and didn’t acknowledge us. They acted put out when we ordered. It was a hot day so we wanted to sit inside and we sat as soon as we ordered. I got up to get straws, etc. and Kristina who checked us out, thought I was going to pick up our food and said I didn’t need to, she would bring it to us, which was nice. However a few minutes later when the restaurant was pretty full, she yelled to us if our number was 97. I looked at the receipt and said yes. She then said “Your food is up there. It’s been sitting there a while.” The guys sitting next to us were even taken aback and said that was rude and why didn’t they bring it to us like everyone else. We had to go back and ask for silverware, etc. They never apologized or said anything else. I never leave reviews but they “earned” this one!

Denver staple and no office breakfast is complete without Santiago l.
The green chilie is my favorite in the city. Great for hangover days.

Worst Santiago’s location. The breakfast burritos never have meat in them and they’ve forgotten items in my dinner before.

Mice droppings on the windowsill and dirty. It's so sad that it's not the same like back in the day. All the time we get home our chili is all over the bag. Rude guys at the register they are going down Hill. Poor the grandma who worked her ass off and the workers are rude and it's dirty inside.

Santiago’s as a chain is amazing, however this specific location lacks consistency and quality control. For example, today we ordered our usual order (2 1/2 and 1/2 breakfast burritos of the day, and one bacon burrito), and they decided to leave the bacon on the side rather including it in the burrito.

On multiple occasions we have also received burritos with the wrong sauce (I.e. we ask for 2 hots and 1 1/2 and 1/2, to only get
3 hots or 3 1/2 and 1/2’s), to which we don’t complain about bc food is food.

However a bacon burrito should have the bacon inside of it and I will die on this hill! Definitely will just be going to a different location.

I come here quite often right next to my work food's always good. Reasonably quick with your online order it's always accurate and walk in is okay can get a little packed around lunch there sometimes and try to rush you in and out a little bit but that's pretty typical of any busy restaurant. Service is always decent it's never like over the top good but it's never terrible either very casual laid back blue collar type of place. The food used to be better though I'm not sure exactly when but it changed just a little bit and how they do things and it's not for the better. Probably trying to cut costs but it seems like the beans and green chili are a little watered down just not quite The quality it once was That's got to be a management thing I'm sure. There are other Santiago's that suck and there's some of them that are really good this one is 3 or 4th on my list
