I have been coming to this restaurant for 15 years plus. Joe the cashier or manager is excellent at providing the best customer service. Everything I have ever ordered has been to my satisfaction. We need more people like Joe in the restaurant business. Thank you, and keep up the great work.

The service wa horrible right at the beginning! The man just stood there looking at me I asked him if he was ready to take my order becausewhen I walked up I said hi but he didn't speak back. He walked in the back. He came back there as another person was walking in for a pickup order he asked him can I help you as I stood there waitingto order still. I knew exactly what I wanted when I got there I Google the place looking for this particular item. I said maybe I'm tripping so I asked for a crispy chill reno smooth he said he sold out. I asked for Horchata he said you don't see that one the menu. I would rather him just said, " For no reason I don't want to serve you"; than to be so rude and nasty unnecessarily.

I ordered 3 items and had my number passed 6 times. While waiting for my order, the guy who mopped the floors mopped over my feet when I had them clear out of the way. It took about 20 minutes from the time I entered until the time I received my order. Service and atmosphere were horrible and needs some improvement. I ordered a Mexican hamburger handheld and received one of the skinniest burritos I've ever had in my life. Tiny hamburger patty with no cheese and very little chili. I love Santiago's other locations, I don't know what happened this afternoon but I might not ever return to this location and I might complain to management about this poor excuse for a Mexican hamburger that I've ever seen.

Food was nasty maybe it was just that time I went but will not know for I would never go back lol I ordered the bean and beef smothered and got a all bean burrito wife ordered chili fries and was soggy and so lil cheese... maybe a bad day but either way I'm good ?

Santiago’s always has been and continues to be a great deal in breakfast burritos! Disappointing that they stopped carrying them all day. They used to be $2.00, now I think they are $3.25??? Still a smokin deal!

The food is always good. I order my take out online txpically it's ready when I arrive . Food is good service is good till after you pay then it's a awkward wait trying to listen for your number and everyone is in such big hurry to get there food. Ordering pick up takes care of that thisb is a better one of the locations I been to. I was served raw meat at the 84th location and there rude there

I didn't like this Santiago's, the man who took my order was very stupid with me, but with another client who was young and pretty, he was very kind. I didn't know that I had to be young and pretty. They gave me good service. Friday, not a good day to visit this place ?
