Santiago's Mexican Restaurant

I enjoy Mexican food. I love that they take the ' day of rest on Sundays. Respect, y'all. Respect. Affordable and sooooo good. On fire green chili. And a drive thru.

The only problem was finding parking. There lot is small and was full. Most of the area street parking requires a permit for the weekend. Trying to save the parking for local residents. Be prepared to walk.

So I am here at 10:50AM. The guy in front of me has a to go order. They have issues trying to find it. Whew, they find it and now it is my turn! Whoop! I ask for 7 Breakfast Burritos and a couple of beef and bean. The cashier looked at me with a straight face and said, “ We stop serving breakfast at 11:00AM” I said, “ I was in line for the last 10 minutes while you were trying to find this guys order.” She again said, Breakfast is over. It is 11:01.We are not serving breakfast. I said, “ I was in line before you had issues with the order in front of me. She said, “ Breakfast is over” As a GM of a restaurant locally, we order Santiago’s pretty often. Probably 3 times a week easily! Today, you lost our business!

If I can give 0 starts I would , I was on a time crunch and figured going through the drive thru would be totally convenient I didn’t have a problem till I opened the bag I originally ordered 2 bean and chease burritos one smothered with chicharron’s and the other hand held with out. One burrito was correct but it wasn’t even a full portion it was all tortilla! The other was a smother burrito with only chicharron nothing else I had no other choice but to eat it because i was hungry and then had to rush to work . Bad experience I need further assistance Yous are robbing people for there money in plain eye sight this is horrible.

This location always disappoints in some way. This time, they got my order wrong, but the lady at the counter was friendly, which usually isn't the case. The portions are smaller than other locations. Every time I visit, I say never again. You'd think I'd learn.

The food was delicious!!!

I ordered a mild spicy bean and cheese burrito and a large Coke. What fantastic customer service!!! Much better than what most of those big fast food restaurants provide. A lot of them only have ONE cashier, but this tiny restaurant has TWO cashiers. You can even order your food online. One of the cashiers came out from behind the cash register, once everyone had ordered and wiped down the counter, and then she took out the trash next to the cash registers. One of the cooks also wiped down the counter, where they pass out the food, while I was waiting for my burrito. You don't usually see employees doing that in those big brand fast food restaurants. However, a lot of them are understaffed and most of their attention is placed on the drive through window customers. The burrito was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant on Broadway in Englewood, Colorado.

Come here often but will go somewhere else now. Service has been terrible lately. Food is okay for what it's worth, but the last time I was there, the person at the window/taking out order was terrible. She was rude and clearly had hearing issues.

the breakfast burritos are out of this world good - and a simple mild medium or hot will be all you need to start the day off right we use to leave the house early to pickup santiago's drive thru on the way to school and they have held the same high status for quality burritos to this day now a decade later - i will always love santiago's i truly would recommend it to anyone

I come here very often for the same thing, breakfast burrito deluxe $8.76. The one time I come inside, I order my breakfast burrito and forget to say deluxe which i quickly asked for deluxe, why is it the lady charged me for a side of deluxe which adds $2 more making the total $10.36 instead of charging me for a breakfast burrito deluxe? I confronted the lady and she said “no it’s always $10.36.” I was robbed $2 for a mistake, I called the store, explained everything and was put on a brief hold then was hanged up to help a different customer in line? I’m sorry but what kind of customer service is that. Rude. The only thing the lady can do is return my money today only instead of the next time I come in which I do not have time for.
