Do you know James Hoffman on YouTube? If you watch him I’m sure he would not only recommend this place but would even pour a shot behind the counter to boot. I used to be a Starbucks goer and Keurig kid. At home I upgraded to a Philipps Espresso machine a few years back as we got one in the office and just recently went over the deep end and purchased an Areopress and hand grinder for travel after finding the James Hoffmann channel.

This is my first proper slow pour coffee shop and the drinks are simply amazing and breathtaking. My buddy is the ultimate coffee snob and also knowledge freak of everything there is coffee. I seriously mean it, he had a long drawn conversation with one of the staff members and I could barely keep up 😂. It not only brought him happiness but also sadness as he can’t get coffee like this back in Yuma Arizona. If you like a more refined coffee taste and a shop that cares, and does it right, this is the place to go! We have tried all their pour overs, espresso, cappuccino and I’m sure something else exciting this morning when we go for our 4th day straight since we are both visiting out of town.

It’s been an absolute treat to have coffee so good and I too will miss it as well! I would have taken pictures but empty cups don’t do it justice 🤣😂🤣😂

Will have to say, this coffee shop is very nice and clean. I ordered my drink it was definitely tasty. There is a lack of customer service, when asked a question there wasn’t an answer. There was something wrong with their cups and didn’t acknowledge the issue. Definitely a slack of customer service. If you’re looking for an experienced space coffee shop this is not your place.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff made our experience great. The kind people at Prodigal Coffee recommended this place and it did not disappoint. They offer amazing coffees, and we enjoyed some cup of excellence winner coffees. Will stop by again when we’re back in town
