Had the burratta and squash blossom apps, and then the crab cakes and burger, and then the rhubarb tart for dessert. All amazingly delicious! Very fun vibe.
I wouldn't recommend sitting outside. The grill for the oysters was very smoky and we had lots of smoke and ashes cover us while we sat outside. Also, traffic on 6th can be very loud. The service was top notch and the food was good.
Good food, good service and nice to be outside with the exception of the horrific street noise from the constant traffic going by. Can't really stop the traffic so just grin and bear it I guess. But, not sure I'd go there again.
We had an outstanding experience at Satchels on 6th! From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, attentive, and welcoming. The atmosphere is intimate and charming, perfect for a relaxed evening out. Every dish we ordered was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious — you can tell there's real care and creativity behind the menu. The attention to detail, both in the food and the overall dining experience, truly sets Satchels apart. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable meal in Denver. We'll definitely be back!
This is my favorite restaurant. Family owned, best pricing, flavor is outrageously good every time. And their dessert menu is always so so great.
Wanted to love this place. Great atmosphere with records playing but the food was underwhelming for the prices. It took forever for food to come out. Pavlova was dry. Pork was such a small portion.
Such a neighborhood gem. Satchels is a small space so it can get loud - but was still quite enjoyable. The food was delicious and the service was on point. Super nice evening
“Your favorite neighborhood restaurant” that you take all out of towners to in order to make them feel at home with you in Denver.
Excellent cozy little restaurant. We had the burger, seafood cakes, grilled oysters, and bread and cheese plate and everything was delicious. Looking forward to coming back again!
Sad to give a mediocre review to a local favorite. The quality of food and service was not what we’ve come to expect. Hopefully it was just an off night!
Took about an hour to get our order. The medium burger was medium rare to rare but I was too hungry to care. The fried chicken Caesar, had by two people, is apparently no longer an actual salad but deconstructed. Both people said it was just OK compared to how it used to be served.
Because of past history, will definitely give it another shot.

Second time eating there. Totally forgot we had been there. Memorable not. Cute bar area. Expensive and food was average at best. Once we sat we realized we had been there before. That dinner was also average at best. Don't know why it gets above average reviews.
A wonderful neighborhood spot with delicious food. Perfect for special occasions or every night dining.
We celebrated a friends 60th birthday and everything was perfect. We sat at a cozy table, had some delicious food and wonderful attentive service :) Thank You!!!!
Satchels never disappoints. It is the neighborhood gem of Cherry Creek North. Food, service and atmosphere are always spot on.
What a nice little local restaurant. I don't know how we missed this place for so many years. Great cocktails, food, service and a cozy ambiance. Highly recommended.
