Fun little joint with quality food that cares that it is of good quality. Dinner was wonderful we had some changes and they were very accommodating to varied diets and tastes. Ordered the beignets and they were good and the chef stopped by with another set saying that she wasn't satisfied with that order and that these would be better...and they were. The only caveat of the place is that the small crowded footprint makes it very loud. Definitely couldn't take my father here as he would hear nothing.Casual dress, great drinksDietary restrictions: Altered dishes easily upon request.

This used to be one of my favorite restaurant in Denver but sadly it’s done down hill the last couple times I’ve gone for dinner. Shame…

Our first time at Satchel's on 6th won't be our last. Fun cocktails and wine list. Everything was cooked perfectly. Amazing service. Definitely need a reservation as it's an intimate space.

Everything on the menu is excellent. Service is excellent. Great, friendly, neighborhood atmosphere. And, one of the few places that has Trumer Pilsner! Satchels is always a great experience.

Love Satchel's! Great vibe, delicious food, wonderful service, local eatery feel. Crazy on the weekends, if you want to hear the friends at your table then dine there on a weeknight. Highlights are the pasta with mushrooms, kale salad and the burger. Could use more accessibly priced wines by the bottle. We enjoyed 2 under $100 but there weren't much if any under $60. We brought a special bottle w/ us to Denver but who knew it's illegal to bring to restaurants? We're so used to doing that in California. I guess we forgot to read the small print. Anyway, fabulous meal and thanks again for such a fun time.

So mad that we have lived in the neighborhood for almost 4 years and we just tried this place tonight! It’s cute, cozy and the food is some of the best I’ve had in Denver. Grace was our waitress and she was outstanding (especially in an industry where it’s hard to find good service anymore.) I am not surprised it was packed on a Tuesday! The menu is always changing but we had the pear and prosciutto app, kale salad, halibut and fried chicken caesar…and don’t sleep on the take and bake cookies. Don’t change a thing, we can’t wait to come back.

We visited Satchel's on Valentine's Day- very crowded, noisy and a fixed- priced menu. The tables are on top of each other and are too close to the bar. My chair was constantly bumped by people walking between the tables and bar stools. Food was very good - not huge portions for the price. They could have been more giving with the dessert at the price - we each shared a small plate of mini desserts. The server was good; however, when my wife asked to substitute veggies for potatoes, she was told no substitutions. That was unreasonable. We will not be returning to Satchel's primarily because of the crowded nature - there was no privacy, no elbow room. Very uncomfortable.

A neighborhood treasure! We'd come here more often but entrees are just a little pricier than we can regularly afford. Regardless we always have excellent service and will be back!

My first time here and lucked out to find a reservation a bit last minute. What a great little place! Stellar, friendly service (thank you Grace!) in a lively atmosphere on a busy Friday night. The burger was delicious. Duck fat fries - yum. Did have my veggies, too, and enjoyed the kale salad before I dove into the aforementioned burger and fries. Wish they'd had a couple more gluten free options but, regardless, I will be back!

It was nice cozy restaurant. Reminded me of the small intimate european feel to it. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I enjoyed the Winter Kale Salad and 10oz Hand Cut Ribeye. Both were outstanding! Easy to park at the lot next door.

This was my 2nd visit to Sachel's and both times were over the top! The staff are incredibly attentive and amazing. Sage is a 1st class server. The food has a unique flair, is high quality and delicious. The drinks were very good and I loved the cocktail glass. As I looked around at the beautiful artwork displayed, I noticed everyone dining/drinking was having a really good time. I appreciated the owner taking time to check on us. The energy was electric!
