Fruit flies flying all over our corner table is not a very good look when we are paying 100 per plate. Most wines from Italy on their menu are overpriced by 10-35$. I may have acted like I did not know wine to see how it would be perceived. Donnafugata was 96$ a bottle, you can find this cheaper at a Michelin star restaurant.

Completely mediocre food. We ordered the ragu fettuccine and the crab angel hair. our bar is very high for Italian food so maybe we are not fair judges but if you are looking for excellent Italian in Denver this is not the place. good service and lovely hotel.

Attentive but not overbearing service from all involved. Nice food. Expensive like almost everywhere now but it's a neat atmosphere.

Fantastic experience. Nice menu with a lot of great lunch options, service was quick. Extremely nice atmosphere in the hotel.

I didn't realize it was in a hotel which affected the ambiance a bit and the selection was a bit limited. That said what we had was delicious and the service was very good.

Sara

Awful experience. The service was horrible. I had to send back my overcooked chicken and the rest of our meals were sub par. Super disappointed. Contacted the manager and he never got back to me.

Great food and service. However..... we ordered craft Mexican Lager ‘Venga' but they served Modelo. I reminded our server what we ordered. She said yeah this is what they normally serve in a glass and just don't tell guests. I suggested they change the menu to be honest with guests. They were told the menu will remain that way. Our server then went to the hotel lobby and brought us what we ordered. She was kind enough to comp. the additional beer. Very nice server but double check your orders!

We shared many appetizers in different entrées and everything was spectacular. Our server Bonnie was amazing. The manager checked with our table several times I highly recommend the pork chop because it may have been the best pork chop. I've ever had also two pasta dishes were delicious. The Bronzino was cooked to perfection. Juan's pizza was fantastic too!

We had starters and asked the servers to wait until we were about finished, to put in our entrees. They got busy and forgot. The manager came by to check on things and we told him and he got the orders going. We ended up waiting a good 30 minutes altogether for the entrees. Otherwise, the servers were good and attentive. Food tasted good. With tile floors and high ceilings, the room was very noisy and hard to hear a conversation.

This menu looked delicious. Unfortunately, it was a let down. The house made pasta was very overworked and chewy so it had the texture of paste. Both dishes came out very under salted and with way too much Olive oil. For as much money as we paid, we were expecting much higher quality. However, our servers were great and treated us amazingly, so that is the one saving grace.

Uncomfortable chairs. Loud environment. Table next to us was 6 young children sitting away from their parents and they should have been at Chick E Cheese instead. Food was good. Service was great.

Restaurant itself is very pretty and has several different seating areas which is nice. Menu is smaller but has some good choices. We had the burrata, vegetarian pasta and a mushroom pizza and several rounds of drinks. Our server was very snooty and rushed us the entire meal. As soon as we ordered she seemed irritated that we didn't order more food (our assumption) and her attitude changed quickly. We were seated by the bar/kitchen area and she was terse and brought dessert menus before our plates were even taken away. Other than the less that affable server, would come back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Saverina. Service was fantastic, and both the Chopped Salad and Brisket Ragu were well portioned and delicious. Great energy and happy to see others are discovering this “hidden” spot at a the Kimpton Claret.

This was our first visit to Saverina, though it has been open for a year. We absolutely loved the dishes that we ordered, which were their homemade pastas. So, so good!

This is the second time I've been first was marginal as well. Nothing better. Lobster pasta was super salty and watery. Service not terrible, but not great. I'm not sure this place will make it.
