This place is great for authentic Vietnamese dishes with large portions. The menu was large and included many different dishes. We got the rice paper dish where you can roll your own spring roll. It was so much food and was delicious. The salad was very sweet but still good. The crispy noodles were also a hit. The che for dessert was also great. It's a large restaurant but they are sadly closing due to rising rent prices. They will be looking to open a smaller restaurant elsewhere. The waiter was very personable and chatted with us for a bit. We will definitely be looking for their new place when they open. Would highly recommend this place!

I have loved Savory Vietnam since they opened. Had a fabulous meal tonight of make your own spring rolls and a spicy hot and sour hot pot. Food and service were awesome. If you haven't been in a while, get over there for a meal!!! Rumor is they are closing in a few weeks, it may be your last chance.

I want to preface this review with the statement that this used to be in my opinion, the best Vietnamese restaurant in Denver hands down. I used to be a very regular customer. I hate to give this place such a low rating but my last two visit have been underwhelming. Something has changed. The food is now pretty lackluster and the prices they are charging are ridiculous. I know that everything has gone up in price but the prices have risen here much faster and higher than anywhere else I go. The food was just not very good anymore. The meats were overcooked and under seasoned. I don’t know if there was a huge change of kitchen staff or what but this is not the same place it used to be. Their once voluminous menu is slowly getting whittled away. The menu they handed me today had so many items blacked out it looked like a redacted page of the JFK assassination report. It’s sad really because I love the staff there and they shouldn’t have to serve this mediocre food. I may go back after a while and see if the situation has been remedied but it won’t be for a long time.

As my Vietnamese friend from LA describes this place, "the only tolerable viet place in Colorado"Really good with large make your spring rolls. A good space and spacious. Clean and respectable looking space inside. Service was impeccable - my water was always full. If you want authentic Vietnamese food, check this place out!

Food was delicious. I would have liked larger portions for the price I paid. I love the spaciousness of it and the location and parking is easy.

I saw videos on YouTube raving about this place and read great reviews. I planned on taking my family here on our brief trip to Denver. Asian moms are hard to please, especially when it comes to going out to eat at any restaurant. My Vietnamese mom approved and loved this place. We also ordered egg rolls since my brother likes to try the egg rolls at any Asian restaurant. to compare them with mom's. They brought a basket of veggies to wrap them in and nuoc mam (fish dipping sauce). They were delicious even though expensive. The bowls of soup we ordered were all huge --like train size. Bun rieu for mom, pho dac biet for bro, and bun bo Hue for me, and we were given all the fixins of meats and veggies. The plates of vegetables they provided matched our soups and were varied and generous! I had never seen this at any Viet restaurant before as they are stingy with veggies (since most people ditch/waste them). But our family loves them so we added and ate everything! The broth of the bun rieu and bun bo Hue was just right and very authentic--not super salty or bland compared to other places. The pho broth wasn't very flavorful but they added a lot of meat and noods per my brother, and the large is more like extra extra large. This place is authentic and legit. I highly recommend it and as a foodie, I'm very picky!

The quintessential Vietnamese eatery in the Denver metro area. The stock in Pho and soup based dishes is authentic and outstanding! The noodle bowls are light and loaded with fresh ingredients. Fresh spring rolls are always a great starter. Never disappointed, always a pleasure. Highly recommended!

New to Colorado and I was craving for some pho. Came here because of its ratings. Service was horrible! The lady that serviced us did not come to check on us until when we were ready to pay. Will not be coming back to this one.

Best of Denver? I can see why. Where the local Vietnamese community goes. A menu of 200+ choices, go w/a friend in the know. Everything was great. Amazing friendly service from our server, wish I caught his name. And also expected service from the "I don't got time for your *ish - Aunty" busser, but it adds to the vibe, wouldn't feel the same without her Ordered shrimp & pork eggroll appetizer (AP4 Cha Gio Thom Thit), shrimp and pork wraps (RP9 Tom Thit Sa Te), Seafood hotpot (FS2 Lau Thai Bap Chuoi). Would have tried the escargot if we had a bigger stomach, it was just not physically possible. I'd be back tomorrow. So yum!

Found saran wrap in my food. How is this place still in business? The bad (buckle in):Overpriced and worse, dirty. There is food splatter all over the walls, the floor is sticky, another table spilled a drink and the "server" just put a table cloth over it,they have dish carts just kind of scattered around the seating areas and tables with dishes stacked on them, most everything on the menu is over $20 except the pho, even the appetizers, they couldn't even give a proper pair of chopsticks to eat pho with and instead provided the disposable break apart kind, finally the star of the show, I actually found saran wrap in my pho. Mmm, "savory".The fine:The usual Vietnamese "server" rude attitude and bare minimum process:1. Seat2. Take order3. Give food4. Disappearthis is to be expected though, so whatever, the food was fine, despite the noodles not being fully cooked and making everything starchy. I can forgive this, after all, noodles are sooooooo difficult to cook. What, do they own a restaurant or something?Tried this place on a whim, if I haven't made it apparent enough, my family and I won't be coming back.

The largest menu of all restaurants. They could pretty much make any dish cause they have it all. I'm originally from LA and savoy Vietnam brings be back home. Everything comes in large portions - order and share family style and prepare to box things home. Vermicelli - Dry noodle salad with a fish sauce dressing - best for hot summer days - choose your meat selection. I prefer the grilled pork or grilled beef. Pho - Light broth, with tons and tons of noodles. I always order the combo (includes all the meat options), which turns the broth a bit fatter from the meats. I add all the side veggies - bean sprouts, mint, and lime. Gỏi Cuốn - Spring Rolls - Build you own option - great way to accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions. Very large portion - we have yet to finish an order whenever to come. Bún Bò Huế - another favorite - subtle favorites good balance of all the flavors but not overpowering. It's another option of noodle soup that is different than Pho. Clams - very large clams - chewy but the highlight was the side sauce - Unami flavors with tons of garlic. Again so many options on the menu - we are still eating and trying as we go. Environment - Traditional banquet food hall sitting - huge space for large parties and events Service - The staff is very busy so be patience - they will come around or raise your hand to get their attention. Restrooms - Need a bit of a upgrade. Plenty of parking space - same shopping complex as Costco business center.

As a Vietnamese person who frequents Vietnamese restaurants in the socal and SE Texas areas. I was pleasantly surprise how delicious Denver's dishes had to offer. Even landlocked, they offered an amazing assorts of seafood. We ordered - Ngheu Hap (steamed cherry stone clams)- Savory Saigon Dac Biet rice paper dishs- Lau Do Bien Dac Biet (seafood hotpot special) Everything was fresh, stone clams was right amount of chewiness and the fish sauce brought out the right amount of umami. The combination rice paper dishes, had alil bit of everything. Fried soft shell crabs, grilled pork, fried egg rolls, and grilled shrimp. They paired perfectly rolled up in a nice spring roll. And then there's the hot and sour hotpot. Just the right amount of spicy and sour. Brings comfort food to a new level. Especially with Denver's cold weather. It really warms the soul. This place is similar to new Saigon, but this place is larger and easier to park, sometimes new Saigon has a long wait, but this place is a good alternative
