I have tried to eat at this place many times. The kiosk is always broken, and the service takes far too long for pre-made sandwiches. If you need personal help from an employee - good luck it isn't going to happen. I don't know who the owner or manager is, but have some pride of ownership.

I am not the type of person who reviews fast food restaurants on google, honest I'm not. But the monstrosity I was given today that was advertised as a “breakfast burrito” had only one thing in common with a burrito, and that is I threw the wrapper away when I was done with it. The “tortilla” was a stale, sad attempt at recreating what you and I would call a tortilla. The veggie option comes loaded, and I really do mean loaded, with chopped olives. Good luck removing those, because you have no idea they're there until you take the first bite. Surprise! Oh and everything was cold. The best part of the breakfast burrito was when, half way through, I reminded myself that I didn't need to eat the whole thing.

Good. Messy. Quick. No tables to eat at and shredded lettuce and mustard will jump out of your original. Tasty and it is near the restrooms for washing your hands afterward. They were quick, and you can order at the kiosk if paying by card so you don't have to wait for someone to ring you up (similar to self checkout lines at the grocery stores). Bread was good, and so was the sandwich, but the airport version was not as good as the regular deli version... but then again, it has been a few years.

This is by far the worst Schlotzkys I've ever been to. I've been getting the same smoked turkey breast on sourdough for years at many other locations around the states and this location is a disgrace to their brand. My 2 slices of turkey were slimy and not appetizing. They decided to offset the little amount of protein with a TON of shredded lettuce, 4 thick slices of tomato... and 3 sliced of red onion. This sandwich doesn't come with onion. Additionally, the sourdough was cold, almost stale. I've always had this sandwich with toasted bread, which is AMAZING when warm. Lastly, I will also mention the staff always completely frazzled, which is probably why the quality of the food was below subpar. Today was the last time I give them a chance, after being disappointed 3 times prior (I'm an eternal optimist), when I've had to travel. There is only one other location in the Denver area but it happens to be almost 1h30m from where I live. Hopefully, that location won't disappoint like DIA.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! No receipts available so people didn't know what order number they were. So many people waiting and people returning orders that were wrong. The guy at the register got annoyed because I said no mayo on one of my sandwiches at the end which he never even bothered to ask. He needs to work on his customer service. At the end they got both of my orders wrong. Never again!

Decent Texas based fast food sandwich shop. Service was fairly quick although the touchscreens were not taking debit/credit cards.

Breakfast: Only place in Concourse A where I could find a breakfast sandwich with egg & cheese.

Avoid the turkey sandwich. Tasted like warm mayo with a hint of smelly fish.

Jalepeí±o bread on the original. Try it out! If you're looking to get a pizza, they don't have them here :(

Not all sandwiches have ingredients listed in the touchscreen ordering system. If you like to know the ingredients before you order skip the touchscreens & talk to the real people.

Don't use the auto-kiosk and don't be in a rush. Food is good... but your order prob won't be right.

Delicious sandwhich! have small option for those who don't want to feel too heavy before the flight.

The kiosk is the most impersonal idea ever. So much for customer service though it does give the girl behind the counter more time to talk in Spanish to the cooks.

Try the cheese original on sourdough. It's a gastronomic delight!

Don't EVER be in a hurry here! And don't use the kiosk if you want your airline discount.
