this bar was amazing! all of the staff were friendly, the djs played great music, but i have to brag on your security guard. I didn't catch his name but he made being in a bar alone as a woman feel safe. He watched my drink for me when I had to take care of a friend, he made sure I made it to the Uber safely, he even made a guy leave that was making my friend and I uncomfortable. First timer here - bar was pretty much as expected for an Irish Pub downtown in the Ball Park district. But here's a first for me - a fee to use my credit card? I sat at the bar and watched an NBA game, and had to provide a CC to open a tab. Perhaps I missed the signage that disclosed this fee, but it would have been nice for the bartender to inform me as much when I closed out, considering I had a wad of cash in my wallet sitting on the bar when I closed my tab. Fantastic bar. Authentic vibe and great customer service. One of the closest you'll get to a Trad bar outside of Ireland. Pay it a visit and don't miss their St paddy's specials and events! ??
