The workers taking the order were great, the food was good. The huge problem was the bartender! After I ordered my food (while waiting) I decided to have a beer. I sat down and asked for an IPA; the bar turned out a menu in front of me and I explained that I had ordered. That’s when he said that I was supposed to order from him if sitting at the bar and to remember that in the futur (in a rude tone). I sled of if I could still eat there and he said “I never said you couldn’t eat here” in an even ruder tone. That’s when I walked away

The ShackStack was... fine. They really skimped on the toppings. One of the sadder $16 burgers I've gotten. Filled me up at the airport at least.
One of the best burger and fries I have had at a chain restaurant. The shake was average.

These burgers were super fresh. Bun was super soft just like the real shake shack. They were organized friendly and the orders came out fast! Really good Burger before my connecting flight!

Pretty close to 5 stars.
Atmosphere is great, it’s laid out nicely for a quick pit stop whether you get food or just wanna grab a beer.
Service is quick and efficient.
Food quality is pretty good, I’d just say it is a bit expensive for the serving size and the buns aren’t my favorite but still a great place.

Weak burger and way overpriced, even for an airport. Will never be back. 10 other burger joints in the airport that are all better.

They ask for a name for the order but when the order is ready , multiple staffs cannot pronounce the names and laugh about customers names. Very unprofessional, disrespectful of people.

Quick service and great food! I always love the shackburger. The fries are very crispy and delicious! I also like the chicken bites. Slightly overpriced for fast casual food, but still tasty.

I ate at the bar top to hang out and waste time before my flight. It was my first experience at a shake shack and it was great. The food was amazing, the bartender was super friendly, helpful and could make a nice drink. I would go back to the airport just to come back here

Food was great. Served nice and hot as well as constructed properly. Definitely don't mind waiting for a fresh hot Burger I'm glad they take the time to make the burger right. I high recommend if you're in the B terminal, to hit them up.
