Had a lovely dinner on Sunday. Shanahan's has the most amazing food and worth the slightly higher prices now. We went for their Prime Rib Sunday special meal and asked if we could share one order between the two of us, since all of the portions (salad, entrée, 2 sides & dessert) are very large. I was going to order an appetizer for myself as well. The waiter apologized and told us Shanahan's wouldn't allow him to do that and would not be able to bring me an extra plate. We made do anyway and shared the meal and still took home leftovers as well. We still love Shanahan's and will still go back occasionally, since we eat out at high-end restaurants at least once a week. Just sharing our experience in case others are thinking of sharing meals at this wonderful eatery.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary dinner at Shanahan's. All aspects of our dinner experience was superb! Our booth had been decorated with rose petals; our server was extremely attentive, and the food was excellent!! We were also given special attention by the manager, who visited our table and offered us a complimentary dessert. The evening could not have been more special. If you're celebrating a special occasion or just wanting to experience one of the best restaurants in Colorado, I highly recommend SHANAHAN'S!!!

On Saturday, Sept. 27, my son and his best friend ate dinner at Shanahan's before their senior-year homecoming dance. They were incredibly excited to dine with you beforehand, and afterwards made it a point to drive their leftovers all the way back to Castle Rock (before driving back to Highlands Ranch for the festivities) because, in their words, “It was the best meal we've ever eaten in our lives!!” Mind you, I come from a long line of Italian-Polish heritage, and I'm an excellent cook. But I wasn't offended at all. I love that your team welcomed my son and his friend with open arms, treated them as if they were adults, fed them the most delicious food, and gave them an experience of a lifetime. Thank you, Shanahan's, for making this night complete for these two local high school boys. :)
We celebrate all of our birthdays at Shanahan's. Everyone gets to choose the restaurant and they always choose Shanahans. It never disappoints us. The food, service, friendliness ambience is always 5 star!

There doesn't appear to be any soundproofing in the restaurant and while we were there, it was so loud that was impossible to hear the person sitting across from us. That being said everything else was wonderful

We went to celebrate our wedding with friends. We had a party of 6 for dinner on a Monday night. The restaurant was busy but it was often very difficult to get our waitress's attention. When she was at our table she was great and very personable. They did put rose petals on the table which was cute Food was all wonderful, we had apps, entres (steak and seafood) and dessert It is quite noisy inside so it was difficult to talk across the table between ambient sounds and music playing overhead. Smaller groups would likely not be as much of an issue.
