It's a decent-looking bar with pool tables, a jukebox, and plenty of TVs. I found the service to be slow even though it was pretty empty. I got the wrong cheese on my burger (did not send it back because it already took a while to arrive to the table). My server also didn't take my drink order because it wasn't on the cocktail menu (which I found strange because they had a seemingly large liquor collection)... I think she didn't understand me and just asked me to pick something I could easily point to. When we left she encouraged me to get a drink next time which was weird because I DID ask for one. I thought the dress code for workers was a bit unprofessional and unkempt and I couldn't tell who was working there. One of the servers was counting her cash by the pool table and I found that inappropriate and unprofessional. No hosts welcomed us so we chose a random table and no one approached us for a while after seating. I didn't see any bussers cleaning tables or any management surveying the place. Smelled very strong of cigarettes. The server had no recommendations, which is not a good sign for the food quality.
My burger was slightly too greasy for my liking, but I enjoyed the pepper jack fried cheese sticks. I wouldn't spend the $ on fried Oreos again (good but not noteworthy). I found the meal to be mediocre at best.
If you are looking for a no-rush, less crowded bar with pool tables, diner food, young waitresses, or trivia night then this is the place for you! My friend who ate with me enjoyed her food and said she would return, especially for the good prices.

This is where you go to catch games and possibly play a game of pool. Everyone is friendly and the customer base is varied. The wait staff is typically spot on but there are a few servers that need some work. Recommend the Rocky Mountain nachos!

So, it was Thankgiving Day. I had volunteered for 12 hours to help prepare and serve 18,000 meals. I did not want Thanksgiving food! I wanted wings. Skippy's amazingly was open filled with people not interested in the Thanksgiving celebration, watching sports, playing pool, having a beer, drinks, and eating. I had wings and fries fried perfectly. I was also introduced to a beer similar to Newcastle. My waitress was extra nice. There are over 30 flat-screens broadcasting every sport imaginable. ... A very chill and neighborhood feel. ... a mature crowd. I had burgers here before too. ...dope!

I'm not sure who the manager thought she was fooling acting as if I was attempting an illegal maneuver but it only cost them a ton of business as me and my friends have decided to never go back. Rude and disrespectful

This place has very poor management and the bartenders are very rude and disrespectful. I was there with a couple of friends and we got food and a few drinks for everybody so basically I just had one drink for me and the tab came out to 175 dollars and I paid and than I went over to the bar and the bartender said I have to cut you off because you had 175 dollars of drinks and I was like what are you talking about I only had one drink and I was still sober. So the thing is if the bartender thinks that you didn't tip her good than she will automatically cut you off. And this has happened more than 2 times where if the bartender doesn't think she had a good tip she will cut you off and ask you to leave. The owner should be ashamed of employing nasty people like that. I don't know if they are racist or not but if your not white you are treated different in that place
