Both my partner and I found long pieces of hair in our burgers. The taste of the burger was bland and overpriced. Everything is deep fried and lots of bacon. Definitely won’t be back. But appreciate the staff being kind.

We had a great experience eating here for lunch! The burgers were amazing with very yummy fries. Portions are so big, I had to take some of mine home. We also got the outrageous milkshakes, wonderful choice for a celebration but I probably wouldn’t order them with just a normal meal except for the novelty of it

I’ve been a regular at this establishment for nearly a year, having moved into the apartment complex next door. (Celebrated my birthday here) I’ve developed friendships with the bartenders—Chris, Zach, and Little Zach—and have enjoyed the convenient location, friendly service, and lunch specials. I typically visit 3-4 times a week, bringing friends with me.
However, my recent experience completely changed my perspective on this place. One afternoon, I asked Zach, the bartender I’ve known for months, for a Coke while having my burger. After some playful banter, I eventually approached what I thought was the hostess to ask for help, as Zach was busy. To my shock, this woman turned out to be the owner, and she reacted very rudely, accusing me of always having issues with Zach, which is not the case. I tried to explain that I had no problem with him, but she continued to berate me, ordering me to sit down and even telling me to leave. I was stunned and shaken by her behavior, especially given my status as a regular customer.
I asked to speak with a manager, and Nathaniel confirmed that the woman I interacted with was indeed the owner. He apologized and offered to comp my meal, assuring me they would look into the situation. However, after the incident, one of my favorite bartenders was fired, and I was informed through hearsay that I was no longer welcome at the establishment.
I’ve never experienced such disrespect at a place I frequented so often. I’ve always been treated with kindness by the bartenders and patrons here, but the owner’s behavior has left me deeply disheartened. It’s clear from numerous other reviews that I’m not alone in feeling this way about the management’s treatment of customers. I’m incredibly disappointed and saddened by what’s transpired.

Terrible first time experience, as an out of town guest had a long, piece of hair in my hamburger salad and terrible, passive aggressive service from the staff, particularly Nathaniel.
I generally just want a refund after this gross negligence but decided to give another try since I’m fresh off the plane in between meetings by getting a new one but when I came back to the establishment to pick it up, with the salad with the hair in tack, wasn’t greeted and had a terrible, passive aggressive attitude from Nathaniel who after going back and forth with me refused a refund. Yuck.

Went here for our work holiday party. I understand they don't normally do this kind of thing but they accommodated our group, provided a great space and put together a menu for us. All the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating and the food was excellent. Thanks to all for a great experience!

First time ordering from here in awhile. Always get the 1lb Peanut Butter and Jealousy. Barely any peanut butter and no jelly. I was disappointed. FYI: Tip is defaulted at 20% even for takeout orders. My fault for signing without looking at the total.
The food was fantastic. I had the burger bowl and the portions were large. The service was incredible, consistently checking in on us and refilling drinks. We were even a larger party of 11.
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu was nice. They accommodated substitutions.
