Fresh off the grill, it was dry as a bone and difficult to eat. Veggies on it were old and wilted. Suprized I ate it, but was starving after a long flight. No, will not eat there again.

You can’t delete your location on Google as many times as you want, it won’t stop the horrible reviews for your horrible service.

Stopped in to get a smash burger because who doesn’t love a smash burger? I order a classic single smash burger and it came w/ fries. I ordered it on the kiosk & my receipt printed. I turn around, the woman is calling my number for my order. I mentioned that was pretty quick & she said “yes”. I take my food and walk out to sit at a table that’s in the airport. I noticed my fries were old and cold. I went back and told the same woman & she told me the cook just gave it to her. I let her know again that the fries were cold. She then takes the fries and goes to get me a new one. Few minutes later she gives me a fresh fry. I walk away to go sit and open my burger and met with a dried up Pattie w/ old looking cheese laying on the bun. I don’t understand how this can be served to someone? Anyway, I went back and she gave me another burger and that burger was OKAY. Save your money and just go to McDonald’s if you want a burger.

The food came out very quickly, but it was unbearably salty and had no flavor aside from that. It was so disappointing considering how high the prices were, even for airport food.

Due in part to the owner's response, I am changing my review to 5 stars. ---Saturday night at the airport. Last call an hour before closing. Turned me away..NO SOUP (BEER) FOR YOU!

I waited in a long line to order. Then in line to get my order. When the burger finally came, it was bare. I waited in line again to notify the workers. The guy said, “It’s served on the side, in the bag.” I believed him. Went and sat down to eat. Nothing in the bag but ketchup. Not enough time to wait in line again, so I ate my $17 burger plain. Not happy.

Landed in Denver for a transfer flight to Santa Barbara. We ate lunch here and ordered the Smash Classic Burger single patty and Smash fries. The burger was pretty small and the fries pretty greasy. Nothing special. The burger is $14 and up charge on the fries $1.50. My ice tea is $3.99. We also ordered 2 drafts beer @$10.50 a piece. Total bill including tip is over $65.00. Oh, they only have 18% or more tip to select.

Food was semi warm so obviously been sitting there for a while. Overpriced and charged a fee for using a credit card but no other options available. Grumpy staff. Go somewhere else.

Update: I messaged the email below but never heard back. It appears this business is just replying to make it sound like they are trying to make it right. Don’t be fooled. Just go somewhere else.

Not a great experience. A little bit of a lunch rush, so waited about 20 minutes to get two burgers. Not set up well for ordering and waiting. Buns were stale. Fries were okay. Overall, not a very good burger and especially for that price. Can only assume a regular restaurant would be a better product with how popular this place is.

I must tell you of a disturbing sight I saw.

While washing my own hands in the bathroom across from Smashburger, I noticed some struggling to the right of me. I turned and saw a Smashburger employee (shirt, hat, and logos worn proudly) remove his shoe and, using the flexibility of a broken lawn chair, place his bare foot into the sink.

Not just any sink.
THE HAND SINK.

He then “washed” his foot, did not dry it, slid it straight back into his shoe, and walked away without washing his hands, like this was completely normal behavior.

I’m unsure if he was heading back to make a Smash Toe Jam Burger using his feet and whatever new fungus had just transferred to his hands, but I was genuinely blown away. I immediately walked to the opposite end of the terminal to rethink my food decisions and set even newer New Year’s goals I didn’t know I needed.

Yes, I understand there could be a sink in the back of the restaurant. However, considering 99% of the world already doesn’t wash their hands properly, I’m not betting my digestive system on this guy being the chosen one.

Please be advised of this health hazard and spend your money somewhere else... unless foot fungus in your food is what you’re after

Had to leave it behind me. Took longer than 30 mins and our flight was leaving.

As good as it gets for airport food. You can have a double smash burger with cheese and fries for under $20, and it's actually delicious. Beers were the cheapest I've found at an airport too. I was ordering 20 Oz draft craft beers for about $12, cheaper than a pint at most airport places. Sure you can save some money by getting out of the airport, but this is a perfectly reasonable place to stop for a bite and a brew in between flights. Service was fast and friendly, the place is a bit small and crowded but they do an excellent job with the space they have. If you ever have a couple hours of down time at the Denver Airport you will be thankful this place exists.

The saddest 20.00 burger I have ever eaten. It’s about the size of a regular cheeseburger from McDonald’s, fries were old and Luke warm. Bread was stale and hard and burger had obviously sat for a while in the warmer. I was the only customer in line and the cook stood there waiting, once I seen the burger I knew why, he cooked it a hour ago and needed to give the illusion that he needed 10 minutes to cook it. This place is a scam.

Let me save you some money and get you a better meal and experience: turn around, go back to the central atrium, buy a burger from McDonald's.

Smash burger single. Patty was 2/3 the size of the bun, very crunchy (I know smash burgers are supposed to be slightly crispy, but this had a 2mm thick crust from having been left on the griddle waaaay too long), fries were soggy and cold, and the bag of veggies was limp. One credit I can give is that the no-cheese request was honored for my kid.

Walk away! A total waste of money. I ordered Togo and paid $40 for two meals, which were completely lackluster. Burgers were dry and not even smashed… they serve it deconstructed and have the audacity to ask for a tip. I couldn’t figure out how the product could be so bad and the staff so frantic with such low foot traffic and with minimal tables sat. Fries were okay but not redeeming. Just go to McDonald’s.
