Worst service I’ve had. 15 min wait to get a menu. Food delivered with zero utensils or napkins. 10 min wait for that, so food was cold ish when we could actually eat, and then server gave us sass for asking for said items.Worst of all, i saw a bartender holding a customer’s plate of food with one hand while fishing out a glads bottle from the trash to move to recycling. Did not wash hands, grabbed another plate of food to deliver.Dont eat here on your layover

Marie and Mario are very personable and on top of it!!! The place was packed but they always managed to talk to and serve each customer in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend hanging out here during your layover.My only complaint is that the bar wasn't stocked properly for the drinks on the menu, so they weren't able to make a lot of the listed drinks. Not Mario and Marie's fault though, and they were very accommodating with having to deal with this issue!

I was at this airport location in Denver on March 26th. After nearly 30-40 minutes of waiting I finally got my lukewarm and overpriced food. While I was waiting, an employee would eat food from a container in the kitchen where customers food was placed when ready to be delivered. She was eating in plain site of customers. How sanitary! Then I went to ask for napkins and the woman who helped me was rude. I wrote a message to corporate and a direct message to their Instagram account and never got a reply. I wouldn’t eat their food for free! Horrible! I’ll never go back and I’ll never recommend. The attached photo is of my direct message to their Instagram account. Awful

Got lunch while waiting for a layover. Cashier said they did not have smash tots. Order was incorrect after spending extra for plain tater tots - ended up with fries. Not to mention very long wait..I should have noticed when people were waiting a long time for grab and go. Expensive cost..you're better off spending your money at a different place. Food was decent - double bacon avocado burger had avocado and bacon and two patties.

Longish lines and slow service and then my burger was prepared wrong but once I removed the items I couldn't eat what remained was fairly tasty. Should have gotten a double due to size but live and learn

The lady at the register mis heard my order gave me the wrong thing and said i was at fault. the "smash burger" wasnt a smash burger at all just a regular hamburger which was terrible, cold, and worse than mcdonalds ?. the only decent thing on this menu was the smash fries.

Trying to get a burger at the Denver airport. I got to the front of the line when the 2 register people announce they are taking a 5 minute break from orders. It turned into 20. Meanwhile they are laughing and goofing off, eating and drinking, all while NOT processing the orders of people waiting. Ridiculous. Should have gone to McDonalds.
