It is very rude to sit someone at a bar, not offer service for 20 minutes. Then ask them to move to another barstool so a party of two can sit at the bar. When a person is overweight, the last thing they want to do is try to wedge between two men who will be annoyed that you are infringing in their space. I left humiliated and just picked another place to eat.

Second the guy serving the food kept touching his face standing there not doing anything at all. Never telling anyone how long there good would take. Horrible decision to take my time to lose $ 60.00 i will be contacting the Better Business Bureau tomorrow and I will contact cooperate office I will not give up until they make this right

Actually I wouldn’t give it one star tonight. Ordered 4 burger 2 tots and a fry. Picked it up, everything was smashed into a lunch bag size bag?? Which was covered in grease. Got home and went to get out of the car with it and the bag ripped open . Spilling everything on the garage floor. Including about a half of a cup of grease from the tots. The paper on the burgers was also covered in grease. The buns were soaked. Took it all back to the restaurant . Would like a refund. That was $54.00! Sorry we don’t know how to refund. I asked for a manager but there wasn’t one. One of the boys working did call someone who offer to redo the order. At this point the last thing I want is one of their burgers. Will not eat at Longmont Smashburger again.

Filthy dirty place no air conditioner so we sat outside with our children told us it was gonna take 20 minutes for our wings to cook. It took my son‘s wing seven minutes. They tried to serve him raw chicken then told us we could not eat inside because it started to rain outside very rude manager had broken arm was seen picking his nose totally grossed out worst location I’ve ever been to. Denver, Colorado get better service and clean up the Smashburger ASAP

Very upset that I witnessed upper management disciplining one of the employees that has been nothing but helpful and courteous to me during my lunches over this past year.
Bad experience such a horrible task to ask for proper food and dining I will never go again Miranda and Dalton where extremely rude and non professional.
