I can buy grass fed burger for $4.85lb.So why is a smashburger at 11+_$ each? They must be getting a price break on volume as well. I had the Double Co burger. It was the greasiest I've ever had and the only flavor was from the peppers. The side was another 4 and change. First time for me at Smashburger and probably the last. Try a broiler and some seasonings and produce a quality flavor instead of warm mush.

Do not order the onion rings!!! Twice now I’ve received 5 and 6 puny onion rings on respective orders. They’re charging $4.10 per order making it between 70 and 80 cents per ring! What a ripoff!!! The previous haystack onion was a much better value.

11/21/23 ordered thru Uber eats . Ordered chicken wings- grilled chicken sandwich & sweet potato fries. The wings were RAW! Raw...After seeing the raw wings I couldn't bring myself to eat the grilled chicken sandwich. It looked a little pink. Would not recommend ordering wings

Had a turkey burger, sweet potato fries and a fountain drink. A bit pricy bur then again it's healthier then a fast food restaurant. It was tasty.
Food was pretty good. Was there late at night and the services was ridiculously slow and there were on a couple people waiting for food. The person cooking the food kept messing up orders and when advised to correct it stated arguing.
