I am so bummed that I haven't been to CO Mills in so long that I missed this coffee and ice cream shop. My husband and I were offered a couple of ice cream samples - Foxy Brown and Butterbrickle. OMG. The Foxy Brown was so good, that I ordered and added it to my Affogato (Ice cream and 2 shots of espresso) To die for. My husband ordered the Butterbrickle ice cream and it was so delicious and creamy. A must try. And I love all of the innovative flavors, I will definitely be back. In fact I am looking for excuses now to go to CO Mills. I cannot wait to try the cappuccino next!

Oh my gosh. This place is incredible. I ordered the butter toffee ice cream and it’s the only toffee I’ve eaten in my entire life that didn’t stick in my teeth. Great flavor also liked the cookies and cream. They are small batch, gourmet ice cream, and the flavor totally proves it. I’ll be back.
This is the real deal. Homemade ice cream the way it's meant to be. The Butter Brickell is Bomb. Go try it out. It's an ice cream and coffee stand in a mall so no atmosphere.
