I am so bummed that I haven't been to CO Mills in so long that I missed this coffee and ice cream shop. My husband and I were offered a couple of ice cream samples - Foxy Brown and Butterbrickle. OMG. The Foxy Brown was so good, that I ordered and added it to my Affogato (Ice cream and 2 shots of espresso) To die for. Oh my gosh. This place is incredible. I ordered the butter toffee ice cream and it’s the only toffee I’ve eaten in my entire life that didn’t stick in my teeth. Great flavor also liked the cookies and cream. They are small batch, gourmet ice cream, and the flavor totally proves it. I’ll be back.
