Tried the spicy chicken wings and the brisket sandwich, both were absolutely delicious! The food, service, and atmosphere were all 10/10. Highly recommend if you’re in Denver and craving great BBQ.

Smok barbecue is the favorite of all the spots we’ve tried around Denver. The brisket is awesome. Sleeper items are the green chili cheese fries and the cornbread. We love everything we’ve tried. Connor, the bar tender on Sunday, makes the whole experience. His John Daly may be the best in Denver.

The guy at the checkout wasn't friendly and would do his best to only give us one word answers to our food questions. The pork was dry and that was even with the BBQ sauce that came on it.
It was twords the end of the night so maybe they were just tired. Overall we

For the price, I thought it would be some cheap meats, but it was actually really good!

Great BBQ spot in the source hotel! Have had their breakfast burritos and a brisket sandwich and both were very good!

Ordered brisket today, just wanted meat. They placed it on some nasty, soggy white bread. Yuck!! About 75% of the brisket was wonderful, the other 25% was super hard and incredibly dried out. It would have been fine if it were chopped up and put into a chili but I expected better for $38 a pound brisket.

I can't recommend Smok BBQ highly enough- both for an incredible dine-in experience and top-tier corporate catering. If you're looking for the best BBQ in Denver, paired with expertly crafted cocktails and a vibrant atmosphere, this is the place to be.

Mickey and Mallory went above and beyond to ensure our corporate catering order was flawless. I hosted my executive team and board members from out of town, and they were all blown away by the food and the overall experience.

Five stars across the board- Smok BBQ delivers excellence at every level.

I had high hopes for this place after having smelled it every time I would come to Safta. I ended up making happy hour with a friend, and we tried the entire happy hour menu. The egg rolls were humongous and absolutely bland even with the sauces— but I would say that the meat was the most successful in quesarollo and pork belly burnt ends. If you’re wanting to try this place, maybe go for happy hour and try a few things instead of paying for a $20 sandwich— maybe they were just having an off night, but there are just plenty of BBQ places in town.

Dined and drank at Smók. The drinks and food were fantastic and the staff was incredible.

CJ, Drew and Mickey made the evening. They were friendly and engaging. CJ modified a drink for me and it was fabulous.. This is my first time here, but I can’t wait to come back.

Food here is awesome, cashier with the face tats needs an attitude adjustment, tip jar was basically empty and it was painfully obvious why.

Had high hopes but this was just OK. The smoke pork belly was pale, and parts were kind of dry. The pork ribs also were a bit dry, with one end piece inedible. Brisket was good but nothing special. Burnt ends are literally that, the burnt ends chunked with no sauce or such that you expect of burnt ends. The sides, potato salad and pit beans were great but I came for the BBQ!
