I've been coming here for years! The ribs and wings are my favorite; always falls off the bone, with a beautiful smoky flavor. The hot chicken sandwich is also fantastic. The spice adds flavor without it melting your face off, the chicken is always crispy, and the house made pickles add a touch of sweetness. Keep an eye out for their specials, too! The chimichangas are TOP TIER.
Had to have chopped link on my brisket sandwich. Damn this was good. The sandwich had pieces of lean and fatty brisket on it and the rendered fat on the meat was 🤤. Mac and cheese was good. My only complaint was that I like my food a tad more warm. We came on a Friday for lunch and beat the rush by showing up around 11am. Parking stinks at Source is my only complaint. $10/hr is a bit ridiculous but the bbq was ridiculously good so, I’d do it again in a heartbeat. ...
