Not inedible like some BBQ places in Denver, but these reviews make me feel like I’m being gaslit. This is like Plato’s allegory of the cave, BBQ edition. Pales in comparison to even the most mediocre BBQ in TX. Avoid.

Overall it's a decent restaurant. I like the western vibes it gives off and the food itself is decent. I got the manhandler burger which was alright...lacking a bit of seasoning but as I said pretty good. Their pulled pork is good. You can taste the smoke which I liked. Service was quick and simple and a decent experience.

Food was great. But service not so great. I was there with a lrg party. They charged a 20% gratuity to each check. Would be ok if service was better. But service wasnt worth 20% gratuity. We are all still eating when they bring the checks and ask for payments. Which was rude. Took my nephews plate while he was in bathroom. We were gonna take his plate home. My bbq beans were so hot i couldn't eat for 10 min. Even then they were still hot. I ordered a coke to drink, they bring Pepsi. didn't say they didn't have coke products but just brings a Pepsi. If someone says Coke its Coke not Pepsi. We just felt very rushed. I plan on eating again, but take out only.

As someone that moved here from the South, I had high expectations and this place wasn’t half bad. The meat was moist and had good flavor, we were not fans of any of the four sauce options. The sides were a solid 3/5 as well.

I’m disappointed because I ordered bison ribs and it seemed like there was hardly any meat on the ribs if you’re gonna charge so much money, please put a lot of meat on your ribs or check your ribs

just had a luncheon there and well the meats on the hoggin sampler were dry and the breaded fish was chewy and potato skin over powered with salt the wings were though good flavor they were dry, I ordered the triple meat and I guess they considered fat and grissle meat ugh, couldn't finish it,
