I never leave bad reviews but I ordered a sandwich for delivery which never showed up. I tried to call the store and no one answered and the mailbox was full. I tried to get a refund but there was no proof of refund offered, nor any discount for the time I spent considering I had to drive to the location and ask for one. I’m starving and after working 16 hours with no food I am left with a terrible experience.

I used to love Snarf’s, but it’s not the same anymore. I went to this location on Monday to order a sandwich for my work lunch and the staff were extremely slow with my sandwich. When I was about eat my lunch at work, I noticed that the staff made a mistake, again, with the sandwich. They added the ingredients I didn’t asked for and didn’t added the ingredient I wanted. The employees should read the ticket order carefully before handing it out to the customer, but they really don’t. I’m no longer going to any Snarf’s sandwich shops anymore because of this consistent messing up my order.

The prime rib sandwich was amazing they're way better than Quiznos just like Jimmy Johns is way better than subway this place really does have the best toasted subs and the bread is amazing

I’m really disappointed to be writing this. I left this Snarf’s location a five-star review nine years ago and have been a loyal customer ever since, stopping in 2–3 times a week for nearly a decade.
Today, I stopped in only to use the restroom. I wasn’t hungry and didn’t want to order food. I explained that I’ve been a regular customer here for years, but the tall, skinny employee dude wearing a yellow hat, glasses, and a necklace told me the restroom is for customers only and that policy is policy. There was no flexibility and no consideration for long-time loyalty.
I understand having policies, but refusing a loyal, long-term customer a quick restroom visit feels unnecessary and disrespectful. After nine years of consistent business, this was handled poorly.
Because of this experience, I’m changing my review to one star, and I will not be returning to this location.
Very disappointing way to treat regular customers.

Parking is available and a bit tricky, but the sandwich was good and the service was reasonably fast. The gluten-free up charge feels a bit high, but it’s so, so good.

The food is great I always order the ham 5 inch with lettuce pickle and mayo and I always get the voodoo chips and fountain drink! This place Is amazing to eat at if you just want a quiet little brunch with your family or friends, wether it's done in or to go it still feels like my taste buds are in heaven
Love Snarf’s but just came in for a sandwich 9/25/25 @ 17:20hrs and asked for an Italian everything on it toppings wise. They put none on it. I asked them if they’d make it as I requested, instead they gave me all the ingredients in a box so I can make it myself. Guess I could’ve done this at home.

The 7” is perfect for lunch with a little extra for a mid day snack. I always get the Italian and love the spice from the giardiniera. Wheat bread is recommended as well as the side pickle. I miss this sandwich shop now that I live in California.
As soon as you step in you’re hit with AMAZING smells and can’t wait to get your sandwich. I was so excited to eat it, I forgot to take any pictures. Chicken tortilla soup was delicious as well. If I lived anywhere near Snarf’s I’d be addicted lol
