I ordered a BLT for delivery. When it arrived, there was no lettuce or tomato. Just bacon and mayonnaise. Did I need to specify lettuce and tomato for a BLT??????

Either you get a sandwhich that has decent meat in the center of the sandwhich (where they cut it) with no meat outside of that (3 bites in on each half you're eating a condiment sandwhich); or you get a sandwhich with everything lumped to one side (pictured). Do better, Snarf's!!

It's a good place if you prefer a quiet environment to sit and work, with plenty of privacy. However, the drip coffee had a sour aftertaste. There aren't many vegan-friendly options available. They seem to save on ingredients by serving smaller portions and using minimal amounts of items like cheese and sauce. For example, if a dish calls for cheese, they use the smallest amount possible, and there’s no coffee creamer, only half and half. While the atmosphere is nice, I wasn't particularly impressed with the food.

We went here 11/29 for dinner. Ordered a meatball with hot peppers and they didn’t add them - only topping I asked for. My mom got the veggie and it was basically bean sprouts and avocado. Not like it used to be, we used to come here all the time. Very disappointed.

I've given this location 3 chances and I will be driving to Golden next time I want a sandwich. The vegetarian sandwich never has enough sprouts, avocados are not as fresh as they could be, and most recently there is too much vinegar. This is not my experience at other locations
