Waited about 10 minutes for my sandwich. It was ok, but not as good as usual. Too toasted and meat not spread evenly on bread.

Snarf’s is our favorite sub shop! The Italian sub is the best. Snarf’s is always clean and the staff is friendly. Orders are always super quick and accurate, even when placed super easily through the app, plus you earn points for free stuff!

Good sandwiches, the bread was very good you basically create your own sandwich I didn't like having to use packets for condiments such as mustard, Mayo and such. The seating was very limited and no one in the shop was tasked with straightening the tables and chairs up. I would eat there again but definitely get it to go.

Second time I’ve gotten home, unwrapped my order to find they have gotten it comically wrong. I love Snarf’s sandwiches, but avoid this location.

We had Snarfs deliver sandwiches for our OR staff at our hospital. We were celebrating Perioperative Nurses week. There were some staff members who had never had Snarfs sandwiches before. I observed staff members commenting on how fresh the bread was and how well the sandwiches were put together. I've had Snarfs before, and they lived up to their high standards of great sandwiches. I would highly recommend Snarfs for their catering. The packaging was well put together!
You guys REALLY need to fix the ticket time at DU location. I managed restaurants for 15 years, I was watching. given the number of tickets on the rial and output, im guessing y’all need to stop talking to each other, have a little sense of urgency, and smoke less weed. 37 minute ticket time is outrageous. Fix yourselves.

Very disorganized staff and rude manager. Order was messed up and staff said they would fix it and redeliver. After an hour of no redelivery, I called back and manager was extremely short and condescending, telling me the employee I spoke with didn't know what she was talking about (yes, the manager said that about his own staff!) but that they can't fix it and I'll just have to accept a refund or re-order and pay another delivery fee if I want my food. He seemed flustered like he wasn't comfortable dealing with customer service issues. Send that guy back to training... definitely not manager material.
