The food was awesome, the atmosphere was clean, but the thing that stood out most was the kindness and willingness of one specific employee, Jay, to go above and beyond for myself and my handicapped husband. Shout out to the store, especially this specific employee for making our day!

This snarfs location is the first one I’ve been to and I was blown away! The atmosphere was laidback but fun, which I thoroughly enjoyed. All their little signs are hilarious. And whoever made the playlist, 5 stars! The manager actually took the time to help out the line during a busy time of the day. He was so pleasant and inviting. I think his name was Conor? The food was absolutely amazing. Maybe ordering in helps? I don’t know but I had zero problems with the way everything was prepared. I don’t eat out much but this was definitely worth it! Highly recommend.

This place has screwed up my order every time I place an order from here. I live 5 blocks away and will never order from here again. Service is horrible including the guy at the counter saying “Sorry dude I just work here.” After I had paid $70 for four sandwiches and chips. I had to pay another $12 to get the order done properly. Never again!
Appreciate your response but at your prices I’m out. Won’t go back for $20+ for a sandwich and chips to get the order wrong 80% of the time (I’ve been to your store 5 times since it opened and only one time has the order been correct). “Sorry Bro” but I won’t be back.
