Fantastic sandwiches with a good variety of fillings. Service is always friendly and consistent. It's also the only place I go to where I actually get vegetarian food; the eggplant parm is outstanding.Only thing that stops me going more often are the prices. Getting a 12" with tip is close to $20. The quality is there but unfortunately not the frequency.

After reading a decent amount of the reviews, I'm not exactly sure what people expect from a sandwich shop, but I always have an excellent experience at this location. To the guy who complained that he didn't want his sandwich toasted, you are literally in a toasted sandwich shop and you're complaining about that exact thing. They even made your sandwich over again but you still gave them a low rating? I will never understand that. To the people who complained the first week that the place opened, that is very sad. Most places struggle in the beginning, so it's better to take your complaints directly to the manager instead of complaining on the Internet.At the end of the day, it would take a lot for me to give these guys a bad rating. My sandwich is always made correctly (I usually order online), the service is quick and the people are friendly. I think giving five stars to a place that does exactly what they are supposed to do, make sense to me. Thank you Snarfs Mayfair for always treating me well!
