If you have two hours to kill at DIA this is the perfect place, slow as it gets. Plenty of tables open, but the sitting process is slow and works by a friendly interaction with an iPad where you can add your name to the wait list, yes there is a person at the front, that will point you to the iPad for any questions you might have…After waiting 30 min for a text that invites you to come in for your dining experience (table for one in my case), had to wait another 40 minutes for my food, again there are plenty of open tables, not busy, and enough staff.Perhaps the staff is actually busy trying to catch the free range chickens from the regenerative farm they run in the back, so I wait patiently for some of those fresh eggs! Wrong! Food is mediocre at best, potatoes taste like fridge, eggs are overcooked (had the Benedict’s) and the whole thing is just not worth the wait.Server was friendly, but bare minimum effort, I’m still waiting for a water refill, much needed after the dry English muffins, considering they brought my check already (at least that was fast) I think I’m out of luck and these guys are legitimately snoozing.

Hearty but refined American diner breakfast with nice vibe, endless cups of coffee and the kind of service you get from Mom at home. The playlist is a bit annoying though.

Got a seat at the bar very quickly. Got my coffee quickly too. Placed a food order and it took a bit to get to me. The breakfast tacos were ice cold. Bummer.

The busiest place on L3 of B gates. Queuing with a good system. Good view. Last time when I was here, the food is not bad. But this time it had VERY SLOW service, a bit too slow. I don’t feel I’m being taken care at all. They let you sit for 10 min with nothing. When I find someone for help, they tell me wait for my waitress. Got very bad feeling before a trip. Not my choice any more.

I'm going to guess that the staff today was simply having a bad day, but for the love of all things holy if you don't want to be hospitable, don't work in hospitality. In their defense, I should have walked away when the greeter made a snarky comment about bar seating not having a wait time. I walk towards the end of the bar and hear him saying under his heavily tattooed breath "except the part that's closed." If you knew half the bar was closed today, DON'T direct me to the full bar. This isn't hard. This lovely comment was followed by the accented bartender reminding me that the kitchen is 'scratch' and that the food is 'cooked to order.' Okay, that's great! I have time. So I order my drink and my brunch. Then....crickets. Didn't ask me if I would like any water, or if I needed anything, or if my pancakes were okay. Nothing. Literal radio silence. There are way too many places in the airport that actually want to serve you. And to be honest, it's not that they didn't want to serve folks because they were all too gracious and hospitable to everyone except me. It was palpable, and unacceptable. Never again will I recommend this spot to anyone. It's 2024 folks...get with the times or get folks that can at least keep up the appearance of being welcoming to everyone.

The DIA location is terrible. I just ate there for the 3rd and last time. The food is always cold and subpar. Staff is the same.

Waited to be seated for at least 10 minutes and was never acknowledged by anyone. Then asked bartender if they could help and he said "I don't know what to tell you". Went to New Belgium instead.

The service was poor. The bartender was contrary, which isn’t ideal for the service industry. They were slow to take my order and when I asked for a menu he made me wait until he had completed all the steps like bussing and wiping down the bar, which wasn’t messy. Then I ordered food to go, tried to pay, and he said he would take my payment when the food arrived. This is an airport, people have schedules and limited times. It just wasn’t necessary to act like that, and he wasn’t the only one. Then I couldn’t get their attention to get a to-go cup for my tea or a bag to carry the food when my hands were full. They all seemed grumpy, and not willing to help, like they needed to exert control over me and the other patrons to prove a point.

Megan was a fantastic server! Place was packed but she took the time to help me figure out a great combo plate. Her cadence was perfect and kept things moving but never making me feel rushed and never ignored. Great job, Megan!!

We had a long layover here in Denver and we decided to go to breakfast at this place. They had so many options on the menu and the plates were big portions as seen on the picture.
