We went on a Sunday morning which was a busy time, but our wait was only about 15 minutes. Parking was scarce due to an event at a nearby church. Found this place on a top places to visit in Denver website, was pretty close and had stuff on the menu that catered to my wife's dietary restrictions. For a Monday morning around 11 is was busier than I expected but I was seated as soon as I got there and the food came right out.
