this place is a hot mess no matter the time, day of the week or holidays. this was a pre covid disaster that only got worse as time went on. be prepared to never have a cart, rude staff and management, LONG wait times to check out, to not have any products stocked, and to have to bag your cart full of groceries by yourself. and this company DOESN'T CARE!!!! never respond to complaints and continues to disappoint this community.

If you go early in the morning to shop there is a better selection, less people and no crying kids.
Most employees are pleasant but some could use more Customer Service training.

I do think King Soopers as a whole is a nice grocery chain, however , what’s with the drive thru pharmacy at green valley ranch in denver ? During these times of Covid , it should be number one priority that it’s functioning. Some days it does but on the days it doesn’t they say they are waiting on a part .... been 3 months. Come on just fix it or change away from the 90 vacuum tube set up and have a window box by now .
