Finally, a truly authentic sushi joint in Colorado! As a white person, I’m picky when it comes to sushi and seek out only authentic experiences. I got the Creamy Shaggy Dog with mayonnaise topping. My partner got the Kroger Crunchy Combo. We love to eat farm to table, local options when possible, which is why we purchased a California roll as well.
