My boyfriend got food poisoning on July 31st from the Cheesy Jalapeno Bites- had to go to the ER the next day when he couldn't keep liquids down. After sending a request to the Sonic at 1300 South Sheridan Blvd. Denver, CO 80219, the sent an e-mail back to him asking how they did in answering his complaint. Sonic app does not work for pre orders at this store. We sat there for 45 minutes, our order was on the screen at the stall so we thought our food was being made. We had to call someone out to ask where our food was. At that point, we did not have time to wait for them to make our food. We called corporate and all they did was give us a phone number for the company who makes the app. No one ever aplologized! Sonic has lost a customer.
