Every time we went we had to go thru drive thru as the stalls were never open, and the one time I went thru the drive thru and I tried to order 4 things but they only put 2 things down and I tried to tell them that I wanted more but they didn't respond again,

Pretzel stick was warm and fresh. This might be a personal matter of taste, but it was very sweet and almost tasted like cake. Cheese dip wasn't cold but a little cooler than room temperature.

Orange cream slush was tasty tasty tasty.

Today is 10-23-25 @1:24pm and IDK what's up with todays lunch crew but I'm looking at a pretty empty lot/drive thru with not many customers at all and yet they're still having trouble? SMH how hard is it to make 1 drink or an ice cream and get it right without taking 10 to 15 min to do so. At a time like this 8 highly doubt ppl have money to waste!

This used to be a more affordable place to get a burger. Now it is just as expensive. The tater tots were hard and the burger drive. Only the green chile was good. I won’t be coming back even though it’s in my neighborhood.

They have a staff that does not inderstand English. Most of the time the background noise of their kitchen staff is they are having fun. If you're expecting quality and your order correctly, it's best to skip this place. Food is cold ❄️🥶

Love sonic the end. Or is it.
Sonic in Colorado is far different than sonic in the south. Its hard to find one that matches. But this sonic is pretty good. Never had an issue with any orders here. And the service is promptly delivered.

The girl working on drive through didn’t seem to know what she was doing. She was probably either new or did not understand English, but she definitely shouldn’t been taking my order by herself. She messed up my order three times on the screen. I ordered a drink (the only thing they got correct), mozzarella sticks, and the salted carmel toffee crossaint bites. I received these plain pieces of dough instead of the carmel bites with literally nothing on or in them. My mozzarella sticks also did not seem to be cooked all the way and were very tough. Had press the order button again it took a long time for them to respond and then this girl comes out and goes oh we are out of those. I’m like why did you sell them to me??? They said I could get something to replace them. The only other sweet non-drink item was the French toast sticks. I didn’t even say anything about the mozzarella sticks and threw them away cause I just wanted to leave. I was there for over 30 minutes. I’m pretty sure my order wasn’t the only one that was messed up, because I saw people who kept going into the lobby carrying paper bags that already had food in them, like they were bringing them in because of a problem.

Went to the little drive in spot. I was barely able to understand what the coworker was saying and my lead to a good bit of miscommunication. When I ordered, they often wouldn’t read back what I said and there were a lot of awkward pauses. I had to initial more than you would normally have to and it made the experience a bit frustrating. The food did come out in a timely manner but the quality was very poor for the time we had to wait. I ordered a sweet tea and I drank it, was unsweetened, which was a heavy turn off. Overall pretty poor experience.
