UPDATE - Updating just because of how awful this experience has been. I contacted Sonic and all they could do is offer a free small shake and a $5 gift card. They escalated it to store management and they ignored it. Fair warning, Sonic doesn't care about it's customers.
Zero stars. We come here a lot and have never had service this bad. Waited over an hour for 3 slushes and 1 drink. They brought us the wrong order and then didn’t come back for over 45 minutes, so we went through the drive thru and waited another 20-25 minutes. No one was answering the voice box so we went up to the window. They lost our order and had to take a photo of it to remake it. Also no apology, no nothing. In total spent a hour and 15 minutes just to get 4 drinks, and we had to remind them of our order several times. This is ridiculous, we will not be coming back.

Food came out great with relatively quick service, my only issue is that this is my 2nd time ordering from this location and once again I didn't get my ranches with my order. I asked for the max amount you can order through the app and only got one. I implore management to ensure that the employees are reading the full order ticket thoroughly so that no items are missed. It's a small issue but annoying when I get gome and unstaple the bag to see something missing. Otherwise I can't complain about this location.

zero stars if I could. I’m usually very understanding towards service workers but i waited for over an hour for my order was brought the wrong order twice. I would not wish this horrible service upon my worst enemy, may god have mercy on all your souls

Laylani greeted me at drive-through. Honestly looked like she just woke up and she read the order to me and the second thing I said at the speaker wasn't added she looked at me and said well, we will have to run that into a different order because I already scan this order and mind you my card was not ran yet. When she handed me my food she barely opened the window and shoved the food at me. It shouldn't take 30+ min for mozzarella sticks and frito burrito.

Visited sonic at 2:20 on 7/13/25 paid cash. We were short changed, we were not given a receipt, when we asked for the receipt she had the money we were short changed.... hmmm may want to check your employees short changing each customer can add up in someones pocket.

I ordered the new smashburger and this is what I got. The meat was like leather and half of it was flopped out side the bun.

went there tonight and the lady with the heavy accent is kind but does not listen well. I asked her for marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks in the drive through (it’s my favorite) she add it when I was in the drive through. So I had to go to a kiosk and told her I didn’t want to wait for a long time again and she came out with ranch. I didn’t notice till I was home and I had to go and buy some of my own. Even after I tipped her. She needs to learn to listen a bit better. Very disappointed it’s such and inconvenience!!

Went thru Drive thru on my way to visit my daughter at the hospital. I asked the young man who assisted me to please bag her order separately, and requested a drink tray. He was kind and obliging, food was packed exactly as I had asked and he told me which bag was hers as he handed them to me. Order was correct, food was fresh and delicious! Great job Sonic!!
