I ordered to go and had to reorder my slushy 4 times before they got it right. Also ordered the chicken bites and unfortunately didn't start getting into them until I got home. Most of the order I threw away because the chicken was raw and the other half just didn't taste right. The quality of food at this location has gone down considerably the last few years but serving raw chicken is a new low. I definitely don't recommend going here.

We came for lunch with our group of young adults with disabilities, and even though we were a big group, they handled our massive amount of orders and even offered each of our students a complimentary ice cream cone. Fabulous service, thank you for your hospitality!

I ordered a chili cheese coney dog. There was hardly any chili and cheese!! Seriously! There wasn't even enough to get the boat it came in dirty. SO DISAPPOINTING ? ?I'm not sure if the spot has new owners or not, but even the onion rings aren't as good as they used to be. Ugh. So disappointed.

They have gotten a lot better in the last few months. Just verify you got the right order and you should be pleased.Updates 1/20/2024: they are back to some of the worst service you can imagine. I ordered a drink and got a single small fry, I reorder the 2 drinks and get 3 that aren't even what I wanted. They can't even figure out their point of sale system and frequently need translators so the ordering process took over 30 minutes for two simple drinks.Pay your employees so they don't leave and you get higher quality workers or just shut down this location jeez!

Always understaffed. Now they are so slow. Pay your employees more and get more staff. I have now left several times because no one ever answers the call button even when they aren't busy.
