Worst location for fast food option long wait time although parking empty

I did an order ahead order on the app and they made my order an hour before I got there. So when I arrived, my food was an hour old. I asked them to remake it and instead of remaking it they just reheated it for 15 minutes. So I just sat there holding the lineup for no reason because it doesn’t even take that long to make the food in the first place.

Did a mobile app order and everything was perfect. They had very prompt service as soon as I checked in on the app. The hop was very nice and professional.

Got my order wrong when I spent a good bit of money. The employee was nice but was disappointed to hear that the menu from what they offered online differed from in store (Which didn't make sense). When I reached the window I even double checked the ordered by repeating it to the employee... Unfortunately some of it was still wrong. Tried calling back up to bring to their attention but nobody answered.

So ya failed SONIC

SIMPLE TASK make a drink and fulfill the customer. Ordered ( mind you I quit going to this Sonic because of repeatedly cold food, I drive 20 minutes across to the Hampden n Buckley just to get proper service and value ) a route 44 Strawberry Limeade
EXTRA STRAWBERRY, EXTRA LIMES and I get almost no Strawberries and 2 Limes.... So I repeat AT the window, hey I know we're all meeting cheap these days but can I get the extra strawberries I paid for and extra limes. The boy at the window was nice but the lady making the drink looks at me like I was flinging feces at them. She barely adds any strawberry and gives one tiny lime.
I'm not sure when y'all started charging 8$ to not serve a customer but again, we'll be driving out of our way to employ quality staff and service because quality is not found at this location. Train your people or lose customers ✌️

Ah and the EXTRA "strawberry" shake we ordered had NO strawberries in it. IF YOU'RE WONDERING WHY SALES SUCK. THIS IS WHY!
