Sonic Drive-In

Ordered to meals and only got one of our meals and waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order

My first and last visit. I did car hop order. Waited 16 for food. Finally pushed the button to find out what the delay was about six minutes later the food came out. I got home which was less than a mile away and the food is cold. It’s not even warm the cheese and the cheese sticks is not even melted. I had four onion rings in my order. I paid you $20 for this. KMA!!!

Asked for 2 large drinks and 1 medium drink. They were all medium. Paid for 2 large drinks. bad service.

Sonic has really gone down hill I wish it had never been bought out the food is terrible now the green chillis they used to use was fresh, crunchy and tasted great now they are just a wet mass of slime so gross they need to give it back to the original owners

I love Sonic but this specific location is 3/3 for forgetting to put ordered sauces in the bag such as the barbeque for nuggets. One of the times I went back inside and asked for sauce and was handed a syrup packet instead of barbeque after specifically requesting barbeque.

Most of the food was good, but the fries were badly overcooked and had to be replaced.

Parking: This is a drive-in with no indoor seating. However, there are a handful of outdoor tables.

Chicken strips weren't cooked all the way. You could still see pink. Staff was nice.

They will charge you for a medium and give you a small every single time. If you order a large and medium they will actually give you the correct size.

I ordered a grilled cheese and a drink but the kind workers brought my pup the ultimate pup cup- delicious Sonic ice cream. The pup was overjoyed. I was happy too. My food and drink were made to perfection. .

The stalls do t seem to work the workers have an attitude and I sat at the drive thru box for a good 5-10 minutes without anyone saying hello so pulled to the one stall that I saw someone order from that worked. And then I tried to order two or three different items that said we're on the menu to be told that they don't serve that anymore but it was still on the menu this location seems to be going down hill without a care

Burger looked like the commercial, good fries, soda was filled to the top with the good crushed ice, and hot fudge sundae was perfectly fudgy. Fantastic!

Saturday and a full parking lot and the have 2 teenage looking kids inside trying to help an entire parking lots worth of people. Owner should feel ashamed putting them in that position where after 20 minutes they still couldn't help me. Not on them. On sonic. Yall have money to run adds but not hire people. Shameful.

Poor all around on price, wait-time, and quality.

Without even having the food I'm rating this place 1 star because the franchise owner or whom ever runs this place is incompetent. Many ordering machines are out of order but still say that they work. I spent 15 minutes trying to get any response from any machine only to be told some of the machines are broken. This place is in a great spot and has opportunity to make bank, if only the person running the place got their head out their butt and actually fixed it up and hired staff.
