Sonic Drive-In

I ordered a smash burger. Half way through realized how cold it was and upon closer inspection the burger was red raw. The picture doesn’t do it justice!

Last few times ive been here ive had a mobile order. They instruct you to park at a stall and then mark the order complete and act dumb when you call them on it. Today was the third time this has happened so we cant chalk it up to one or two untrained staff members. Weird.

my favorite sonic, i eat here at least twice a week, Alex is my usual server and he’s always very nice! i absolutely love this place

I wanted to try the new salted caramel bites, but all I got was dough. it tasted like it was a bit undercooked too, but can’t be too sure. The Drinks were good though!

Paid 10.39 for a burnt egg, slice of American cheese and stale cold sausage in the tiniest breakfast wrap I've ever seen. Wasn't even snack size.

Refused to help my son when I ordered on the app and sent him to pick up. Hung up on me when I called to ask why they wouldn't help him. My order was already paid for and they wouldn't help at all. Worst customer service ever.

There is always an item missing or incorrect
Every single time
Sadly sonic is going the way of the Dodo
But it’s not hard to see why

Ordered to meals and only got one of our meals and waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order

My first and last visit. I did car hop order. Waited 16 for food. Finally pushed the button to find out what the delay was about six minutes later the food came out. I got home which was less than a mile away and the food is cold. It’s not even warm the cheese and the cheese sticks is not even melted. I had four onion rings in my order. I paid you $20 for this. KMA!!!

Asked for 2 large drinks and 1 medium drink. They were all medium. Paid for 2 large drinks. bad service.

Sonic has really gone down hill I wish it had never been bought out the food is terrible now the green chillis they used to use was fresh, crunchy and tasted great now they are just a wet mass of slime so gross they need to give it back to the original owners
