There is a reason the parking lot is always empty. For starters. Nobody answers the intercom for you to order. Second. They cant make food correctly. Everytime I have came here (only because it is the closest to my house) They have gotten orders wrong. A simple corn dog is burned. This location should just be shut down already. Your paying your employees to do nothing and be rude to customers.

Hate to say it, but this was the worst food experience I have ever had at any Sonic.
I ordered off the app and did not have time to go back.
My tatar tots and hamburger was overcooked.
The tots were all hard uneatable, and the bread was hard on ny hamburger.

i did a pick up order for this location and i go to the speaker told the guy i have a pick up and gave him the name. told me to go up to the window showed the order and that it was for this location and he turns and tells me that they do not have the order at all even though i already payed for the meals. this is not my first time making a review to this location and its sad

I think they have good prices. I just ordered a large soda but it was pretty cheap, it was large. I think I paid under $3.00.

It’s a sonic drive in. Same as most, Biggest complaint is that the bays are NARROW! I don’t have a super big SUV but it is tight in there.

This store says on the website that they close at 12 am on Friday we arrived at 11:23 pm on a Friday and the clerk said that they close at 11:30 but it was not even 11 25 yet and they were very rood and would not serve us even though it was before the posted closing time.

Very rude staff. The first person that came out and tried to hand me food. I explained that I had ordered on the app. It turns out the lady didn't even speak any English.

So she goes in gives the bag of food to another employee. They come out and I tried to explain the same thing. And the guy just starts being rude and telling me I haven't paid for my order. I tried to tell him three times I'm ordering on the app. It was a very bad experience and I won't be returning.

They were so rude. I wasn't even sure if it was safe to eat my food when they did bring it out.
