You need to update your hours. It says you're open till midnight but just went there a little past 11 and y'all were closed.

I ordered my food ahead, on a Friday night where on Google it says they are open until midnight, I get there at 11pm to pick up my food and they're already closed. In the app they are saying that I already picked it up even though my schedule pick up time was for 11:10. I had to go through my bank to get my money back. So much for at least ending a horrible birthday with a decent meal.

Placed an order here via the app at 10:52pm, for a pre-scheduled 11:40pm pickup time. This location is open until midnight… but, when I got there, NOBODY WAS THERE. I’m out my $15 I already paid. I’m filing complaints everywhere I can find. I don’t know who decided to get lazy, close up early, and ignore paid orders, but I’m disgusted.Vegetarian options: Drink, pickle fries, onion rings

They were very good at handing three different mobile orders from the same car! My sister ordered a chocolate shake and got vanilla instead, but I'm sure they would have corrected it if we'd noticed before driving away!

I went to Sonic tonight, and my son wanted onion rings, so I ordered a small for him. When I looked in the bag, the manager only put 3 onion rings in the bag with 3 ranches. I went back to the window and told the manager there were only 3 onion rings in the bag! He stated you only paid for a small! I told him, so I paid a little over a dollar per onion ring?! And he just looked at me. He never said, "Let me make you some new ones. So I told him to just give me my money back.

I just don't understand, my cheddar peppers were still frozen/cold.Betty the (mgr) raised her voice at me like it was my fault. I didn't want to eat and had no trust anymore after taking a frozen bite.. She said the money wild be back in my account in a few days.. What if I didn't have any more money to eat.? Just eat ugly food.? Unbelievable, this is not my only bad experience at this location. COME ON SONIC, (America's drive in) Get this Location together.! Rude, Condescending , no regard for people.
