The services friendly but it's also very slow!!!
Service is ALWAYS slow.
I don't typically order more than three menu items and it always takes me at least 15-20 minutes to get out of the drive-thru

I've been coming to this Sonic for years now as I live around the corner. More lately though it seems as I never get exactly what I ordered. I order a large and I consistently get mediums or smalls and im left confused wondering if I somehow said medium or small instead of large. The best part is when I dont get my receipt back either and then do the math at home to realize I payed for a large meal anyway. I wonder how long this has been happening for. Im getting up charged for things im not even getting. Frustrating.

Hi I really hope a manager reads this. Please check who you have on staff this evening October 2, 2025. There was a young girl at the drive through window with brown hair and heavy eye makeup with the worst attitude. She got my order wrong and decided to be rude the entire time from ordering to receiving the order. It was so bad I decided to leave a review rather than go back and risk having her spit in my drink. She really should be written up or find a different place to work if shes going to insist on being that way. Because now im leaving a review for the way she represented this establishment.

Made me wait for two corn dogs. Bit into it only to see that the batter was uncooked AND specifically asked for ketchup only to receive mustard and one ranch sauce? I’m not sure who the general manager at this location is but they seriously need to get their team together. People could get sick.

Ordered tatot tots with fcheese and green Chile no cheese on tator tots and I ordered a plain cheese burger wasn't plain called 3 times was hung up on not professional at all

The customer service at this Sonic drive-thru is legit the worst. They basically throw your food at you, and when you ask for ketchup or anything, they turn around and don't listen to you. And, heaven forbid they get your order wrong because you're just going to have to drive around and go right through the line again because no one's going to respond to a knock on the window or a honk or even you trying to speak with them other than through a speaker.

I don’t usually leave reviews unless the service is the worst, but this visit to Sonic was beyond disappointing. We ordered FOUR meals and were only given four ketchup packets—seriously? Was told they were running low on supplies. The food tasted old and reheated, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The drinks were watered down, completely lacking flavor.

To top it off, when we brought our concerns to the manager, she had an uncaring and careless attitude—no apology, no effort to make things right. It felt like our business didn’t matter at all.

This was hands down the worst $40 I’ve ever spent. I won’t be returning, and I’d recommend others think twice before doing so either.
