I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the way I was treated during my recent visit to one of your locations.
On Saturday, I visited the Sonic Drive-In located at [insert location or address] to place an order for two XL Long Coney Dogs and a strawberry shake. Upon arrival, I noticed that the speaker was not working properly, and I informed the employee of the issue. Despite trying to communicate clearly and remain cooperative, my order was still prepared incorrectly.
What disturbed me most, however, was the employeeās unprofessional and discriminatory behavior. Instead of resolving the issue appropriately, the staff made offensive assumptions about me and proceeded to throw the shake and my money at my car. This is not only disrespectful, but completely unacceptable for any businessāespecially one that serves the public and claims to value customer service.
I was calm and cooperative during the situation, yet I was treated with aggression and hostility. No one deserves to be disrespected or discriminated against when they are simply trying to place an order.

Absolutely do not eat here! šWhen I got my footlong coney ($15 meal almost now), they literally sent it out in just two separate standard hotdog buns? How am I supposed to eat this? This isn't what I ordered.

I was just there and asked for a buy one get one and was told they didn't have that deal. ( They have a big ass sign facing the road saying they do.) Then when I pushed back and asked for a manager the person on the other side said it was them. I'm confused on how a manager doesn't know what deals they have when they have a big ass sign out front.. š¤¦š¼āāļø photo of sign I was told doesn't exist.. by the end of it I was called sir many times as what I imagine was meant to be an insult and have my service refused to me.

Easy ice DOES NOT mean a cup half full of ice! The cup should only be about 1/4 full. Even regular ice doesn't mean a cup half full of ice. Regular ice shouldn't be more than 1/3 full. What a rip off!!! This Sonic location doesn't do the easy ice properly 9 times out of 10.

Stopped in to get my usual cherry limeade with extra cream, but got no cream which I had to pay extra for. Asked the car hop where the cream was and he proceeded to me it was in there, judge for yourself and tell me where the cream is!!!!
I've had pretty good service at this Sonic! And that's hard to find.

I almost never post reviews but this time I had to. I love sonic but this location TOTALLY SUCKS! My fav thing from sonic is usually corn dogs and the sodas. Today order my 2 favs. And I got a really dry, burnt corn dog. Really bad. Plus smaller than they used to, so idk what happened. Also my soda today, was FLAT, no gas and I didnāt even order ice so idk how it got flat flat, but the worse part. When I try the soda, IT TASTES LIKE MILDEW ????? I had to tossed it immediately. Do they clean the soda machines?!? I donāt think so So disgusting
